シャワーヘッドが固定式であったのと ホテルの周りに何もない(場所柄仕方ない)こと以外素晴らしい

幹線道路沿いにあり、飛行場にも近いため、排気ガス、燃料油のような臭いが少し気になりましたが、設備、サービスなどは十分でした。空港、電車の駅から車でのアクセスが必要。電車の最寄り駅はイースト・ミッドランド・パークウェイになり時間によっては電話でタクシーを呼ぶ必要があります。

Really comfortable Great breakfast and a lovely family swim

Lovely greeting from staff on arrival. Curious, friendly and even offered a glass of Prosecco which was a nice touch to the start of our stay.

Food was really nice, service a bit slow and overall a bit expensive. Also no point in putting a satnav code on your website that is wrong. Id stay again.

The only thing that I could request is that a refrigerator in the room would be a bonus, and a microwave would also nice. This is a given in many other hotels of this standing.

Last minute booking for business and was in a good location. Nice food in the restaurant and a very nice room. Was quiet and comfortable.

4 beds in good sized room with plenty of charging points. Clean and convenient Helpful staff and polite.

The rooms mirrors Very smeary dust everywhere, Rooms are very dated, TVs should have smart options ie netflix and prime ,

Extra charges and prices for food in the hotel are just ridiculous.

Breakfast looked good but hot food wasn’t hot. Accept that this is a normal Buffet breakfast but expected it to be at least warm.

I stay regularly in hotels and this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed in for a long time One night was not enough Went for a Christmas party The DJ was brilliant too Kept everyone on the dance floor From the free mulled wine on check in till leaving the following morning after at full English Breakfast, just a wonderful, friendly stay Thank you The whole team need to be proud of the atmosphere they have created in the hotel

We had a private party here and stayed over, it is a great venue and staff here are lovely and really helpful. The hot buffet was really really good, the chef kept bringing more food and replacing dishes when they'd been eaten, really recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely, quiet and breakfast is of a great standard.

It was good and comfy

While the Hilton East Midlands Airport is clean, it falls short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Several issues impacted the overall experience: Room Amenities: No fridge in the room, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. The lack of a toilet brush is also inconvenient. Wellness Facilities: The sauna was not working, and the gym setup was awkward, with the need to wear shoe covers to access different areas. The pool was a bit cold, but at least the Jacuzzi was functional. Service: Receptionists didn't inform us about bringing a coin (£1) for the pool locker, something that most hotels would mention during check-in. Family-Friendliness: There was no additional lounge area for children, which made it difficult to keep them entertained. Food & Beverage: The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices compared to other hotels you've stayed at. Parking: The parking fees were high, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. In summary, while the hotel was clean, it didn't meet the standards expected of a 4-star rating, and some 2-3 star hotels offer better amenities and service.

The property is well maintained. The breakfast was really good, and I'd like to give special thanks to William, Rui and Ema (if I recall her name correctly - the manager of the restaurant); they all made our stay special.

Efficient. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Pre flight stay with my disabled husband. Excellent.
