車での移動途中での宿泊には最適です。GS、バッフェ、バーガー屋が周辺にあります。１０分ほど走れば街があってウォルマートや病院などもあります。 今回は禁煙室を予約したつもりが喫煙室になっていました。

Stained furniture, no working smoke detectors, damaged walls, missing items, used items in shower. Skip breakfast as only cereal, apples and crackers. Staff unconcerned.

No hot breakfast options available. Went to Huddle’s next door to hotel for a hot breakfast and spent $40 for 2 people.

Was told breakfast was e served from 6-9. At 7:15 there was nothing out to eat, no coffee, nothing. Non- smoking room had burn marks on tub , carpets were torn, called front well about tv not working, was told I know nothing about those. Pool was closed. Hotel should be closed. Bad image for Wyndham group and days inn

The swimming pool was closed. Room ok, but outside left to be desired. Cold cereal for breakfast. TV went in and out! They did have some thunderstorms. The staff seemed like they were really trying but a lot of work will need to be done!

For a fairly new hotel, there were several issues: TV did not work, elevator would get stuck and there were no luggage carts.

Very dirty and run down. The “breakfast” is cereal and peanut butter crackers. There were mosquitoes in our room and it was very damp.

Toilet was plugged with crap in it when I arrived. Got a different room and there was dried toothpaste in the sink

Staff at the desk when we checked in was excellent, professional, polite, personable. Cleaning/housekeeping was excellent,

Well the pool is closed and has been for years. The breakfast was apples oranges cereal coffee. The room looked like someone had been in it just before we got there. Beds were good, TV worked and was relatively quiet

Very run down property.

I rented two rooms. The accessable room I rented through you was upstairs. My 81 year old mother can't get up stairs. No elevator in Days in Osceola. Had to rent 2nd room. The sofa was dirty and disgusting in both rooms. Cob webs in the corners. Blood on the sheets of the 2nd floor bed. My 81 year mother also tripped on step going up to get Continental breakfast. The flooring was all the same tile. There was no yellow paint on the step or sign near the step. Negligently on their part especially since clerk said other people have tripped there. My mother still has a black eye because when she tripped her face hit the floor. I paid over 180.00 for two filthy rooms.

Property was outdated room smell like smoke I asked for a non-smoking room, and it seems like someone was smoking prior to us arriving. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I stayed in room 123. It was horrible. This place is in desperate need for a complete rebuild.

My experience was good the staff were friendly and helpful when my flight was delayed to the next. Additionally the staff was helpful when I had key card issues. Overall the staff was professional even through the current tornado watch and warning that were present.
