海外のホテルでは珍しく、朝食付きプランのみのホテルでかなり豊富なラインアップのビッフェスタイルの朝食が付きます、日本のホテルなら2,500～3500円級で、円が190円だと4,500円～6,000円換算に匹敵するのでかなりお得です。 場所もすごい便利な場所にありサンマルコ広場にも近いです、スーパーは10分ぐらい歩きますが軽食が買える店は2分ぐらいの場所にあります 日本からはフランクフルト経由で深夜2時にホテルに着きましたが快く対応してくれました（事前にメールはしてます） 季節的に少し乾燥するのでマスクなど寝てる時の加湿対策は必要だと思います 今回はオリンピックに合わせて数日ベネチア観光でしたが謝肉祭前夜に到着し土日の謝肉祭で「街中がコスプレ会場」でしたがホテルでも謝肉祭イベントを開催しているのでホテルのフロアも謝肉祭わっしょい！な感じで楽しかったです 次回は暖かいベストシーズンに訪れたいと思います

限界都市ベネチアでは仕方ないことだが、シャワールームの排水に難あり。 逆流するので少し流しては、止めて、排水を待つを繰り返す必要がある。 朝食は外の内庭で取ることができて気持ちがいい。 スタッフの皆さんも親切。優しく声をかけてくれる。 エアコンは温度調整ができず就寝中はとても寒くなる。

スタッフや清掃は素晴らしいが、部屋が狭い

The hotel was a few minutes walk from the S. Maria del Geglio station and also close to the San Marco square. So the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and they advised us the tips for enjoying the Venice. ヴァポレットの S.Maria del Giglio 駅からのアクセスをおすすめします。サン・マルコ広場からも近く、観光にとても便利な立地でした。スタッフの方もおすすめのグルメのお店や観光ルートを地図に書き込んでくれるなどとても親切でした。歯ブラシはないですが、スリッパがあったことがとても助かりました。

古くからの格式あるホテルのようで立派な構えの建物で落ち着いた感じです。朝食も充実しています。クロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。スタッフさんもとても感じがよく、フレンドリーです。お風呂もバスタブが大きくて良かったです。 一つだけ難点は、へやの板張りの床が歩くたびにギシギシ音をたてるので、まわりの部屋に聞こえてるきがして気になりました。

部屋、朝食、スタッフ、ロケーション全て最高クラスのホテル。間違いなくヴェネツィアトップクラス。ラウンジの空間から漂う歴史の重みに圧倒されました。

立地が良くとても便利でした。スタッフの方も明るくご親切でしたし、お部屋もバスタブ付きで狭くなく、歴史ある建物を快適にされていました。とりわけ朝食が、流石四つ星らしくとても充実していて美味しかったです！

部屋は小さめですがきちんと清掃されておりよかったです。 朝ごはんのビュッフェはパンがとても美味しく満足しています。 サンマルコ広場も割と近いので観光にも適しているのかなと。 予備情報ですがGoogleマップで行き方を調べると、水上バスの降車場所からかなり遠いルートを案内されますが、最寄りのS. Maria del Giglio駅まで水上バスで行くことで、スーツケースを持って移動する距離が短縮できるのでおすすめです。(ベネツィアは橋が多くスーツケース移動は大変です)

サービスがいい、料理が美味しいです

The room was spacious enough to relax in, with high ceilings and a luxurious feel, including the furniture.It was also canal-to-facing, so we could enjoy the gondola traffic from the balcony.The bathtub was a big plus for us Japanese, and it was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city of Venice.

チャーミングな受付スタッフさんのいる、歴史を感じる素敵な佇まいのホテルでした！ 説明をしていただく際、日本語で「水上バス」「朝ごはん」と言ってくださってうれしかったです。 サンマルコ広場まで徒歩でいけるのがとてもよかったです。 ホテルの下には飲食店があり、夜も活気があり安心でした。 空港への行き方をお尋ねした際、とても親身に教えてくださいました。 2023年10月時点で最寄の水上バス乗り場に切符売り場はなく、アプリをダウンロードしてSMSを利用する必要があったので、SMSが使えない方は要注意です。

フレンドリーなスタッフ、サンマルコ広場から徒歩数分の立地、歴史を感じる部屋（天井の模様が特に）、種類が豊富でおいしい朝食など、ベネチア滞在中快適に過ごせました。便利な場所なので、チェックアウト後の観光時もロビーで一休みしたり、トイレを借りたりと、助かりました。またベネチアに行くことがあれば、滞在したいです。

皆さん大変親切でした

Friendly welcome, magnificent room, lovely breakfast with gluten free well catered for. Central location was perfect to allow us to manage the heat wave - short explorations, followed by siesta in a/c, then back out again without long detours. Fantastic stay.

From the greeting at the private water taxi entrance to the well appointed room with an unbelievably comfortable bed and possibly the best shower I have ever encountered in a hotel on six continents, hotel Saturnia is nothing less than magnificent. We arrived very early, but they graciously held our luggage as they did following our departure so we could enjoy the streets in the city. The lobby was comfortable, the breakfast fantastic with great cappuccino and the rooftop solarium fantastic. Located in the Hart of the luxury shopping district. My wife enjoyed every store right outside the door… only wish we would have had time to enjoy the Turkish bath, which is a small additional fee, but looks to be well worth it…. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay and found the property to be very centrally located. The room (quadruple room #402) was very spacious—we appreciated the separate toilet room which allowed for 2 sinks to get ready with (great for traveling w/teens). The beds and bedding was comfortable and the AC was amazing! It was so nice to come back to a cool place after the hot days! We did have a few bouts of our water turning off spontaneously for 15/20 minutes at random times—it always came back on but did catch us off guard while in the shower all soapy and having to stand and try to figure it out with no way to rinse. Not sure what the issue was and it was an inconvenience but the other aspects out weighed this. It would have been nice if the hotel offered some sort of compensation for this oddity but again we dealt with it fine. The terrace was being worked on which was a bit of a bummer but also appreciate that they are renovating the space—the view from the terrace was lovely. The concierge and water taxi (private dock) as wonderful—although the private water taxi’s are speedy it is worth the convenience! Do NOT recommend the restaurant—we were extremely disappointed by our experience. Our reservation was at 9:15 and we were not taken to a table until 9:55 at that point we were treated as a burden and the waiter rushed us and was very rude. We were so excited to eat here on site and were quickly disappointed. Food was bland and the risotto was not prepared well.

Wonderful hotel in a great central location in Venice. Back door access to the canals was easy to use for luggage. Nice bar and restaurant too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a historic unique decor in a prime location. The included breakfast buffet offered a vast selection from eggs, fruits to pastries and the cappuchino was delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was unique in its decor with an antique dresser and end tables, Venetian chandeliers and built-in wooden wardrobe. The room was also fully equipped with lots of storage, a safe, mini fridge, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of a canal and gondolas. St. Mark's Square was just a short walk away and the hotel was also steps away from high-end shopping. The only negative aspect of my stay was the noise of people walking around above me which was likely due to the lack of soundproofing of the wooden floors. Otherwise a great stay!
