清潔感のあるホテルで、スタッフの皆さんも大変親切です。 立地もよく、いいレストランが周囲にはたくさんあります。

旧市街とバルセロネータどちらにもアクセスが良く便利な場所です。お部屋も２つ星とはおもえないくらいキレイで立地が良い割に広くて良かったです。 マイナスポイントは冷蔵庫が部屋に無い事と、お値段は私の宿泊した時期にも関係していると思いますが少し高いかなと感じました。

正常に予約されているのに、キャンセルになっているとして確認のために長い時間待たされた。 急いでいると言っても横柄な態度で、「嫌なら出て行け」と罵られた。ホテルとして最低です。

内装はリニューアルしたてか、とても綺麗でシングルでもとても広々していました。シャワールームもピカピカでした。 エアコンの調整がわかりにくく、夜少し寒いのが難点でした。

地下鉄の駅からも近く海も近いとてもいい立地にある市内中心部のホテル。何でここが2つ星？と思うくらい良いホテルです。スタッフも親切で朝食もおいしかった。とにかくコスパが良いのでまた泊まりたいです。

ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔感アリです。周辺も静かなので快適に過ごせました。バスで移動すれば立地も悪くないです。フロントの方も親切。 カップルでも友達同士でもいいと思います。女子2人旅でしたが、満足。お隣は老夫婦が使用してました。 お風呂場の換気が少し悪い様な気もしますが、余程の神経質な方でなければ気にならないと思います。 ただ冷蔵庫がないので、夏場は少し不便かもしれません。

Only 1 small elevator and things can get busy, so waits can be long. Great location I'll stay again, but will ask for location on lower floors so I can use stairs if necessary. Chatged $15 extra for early check in- Im not used to that.

The rooms were small but clean. It was three ladies in a small room with large suitcases. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights prior to flying to Nice and returned for a night before our flight back to the USA. The Hotel is in a good location and in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay at the location again but I would also get a larger room.

Right in the thick of things and most sights we wanted to see were walking distance. Staff was excellent. Stored our luggage for us to venture out, made recommendations for local coffee shop and bus for sight seeing. Even offered a luggage scale for us to balance out our luggage for our international flight home. Would recommend and would stay again.

Check-in was easy and they had a secure area to store bags as we were early. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and exactly as described. We were very happy with our accommodations here. Sidenote, the breakfast had quite a large selection of foods to choose from.

Close to activities in the VGothic center

Very happy with our stay. Location is excellent and neighbourhood felt safe. Room was a bit small and could have done with tea and coffee on the room. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean.

Bien placé, à côté de la gare, proche du port et de la plage. Bon petit-déjeuner. Pas de cafetière ni frigo dans la chambre qui était néanmoins correcte.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. Great location. Breakfast was amazing, I recommend adding it. Overall a great experience and I will return when visiting Barcelona again.
