このホテルはシエナに来るときは必ず利用させていただいていますが、なんといってもバス停が近くて、とても便利です。また、部屋もとても綺麗で、今回は初めて1階の外(プライベートエリア？)に出られるお部屋でした。喫煙者の私は、今までエントランスの喫煙所まで行っていたので、部屋から出ずに外の椅子に座ってのんびり一服できたのでまさに極楽でした。

街の中心部からは少し離れている静かな場所で、心地よかったです。最寄りの駅もタクシーですぐの所にあり、とても便利でした。また、朝食も美味しかったです。

シエナ駅から離れているので移動手段のない方には少し不便です．移動は基本タクシーです．ただし部屋はきれいで，スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした．

My mother and sister stayed at this property together after hiking the spiritual pilgrimage Francigena through Italy and stopped in Siena for 2 nights and a day. Overall the property is very stunning appearance wise, clean and fairly updated. Felt very safe for us ladies alone. The restaurant options at the hotel was lovely for breakfast and dinner and convenient! I must highlight something that soured my taste to which I’d never experienced at any hotel before… it was very disappointing they tried to charge us $300 to wash and dry a single load of our clothes combined from hiking. Everything we owned was soiled and as tourists we had nowhere else to go but the hotel and they knew that. We purchased the meal packages and the stay at the hotel ( which wasn’t the cheapest mind you ) to rest and rejuvenate to continue on our trek but instead we had to detour our plans and wear dirty clothes another day and walk into Sienna while lugging everything to a nearby laundromat and wait half the day for it to finish when in all reality the hotel we were staying at should’ve been able to accommodate something simple like that for a FRACTION of $300. Huge inconvenience. To be honest it felt like some sort of tourist scam which we did not appreciate at all and is pretty inconsiderate for all travelers hikers or not period. Some of the staff were absolutely kind and helpful and some were quite snobby unfortunately.

Restaurangen och frukost är inte bra. Longebaren är inte bra. Skällande hundar på inne på hotellet som störde.

Excelente opção de hospedagem, o hotel não fica ao lado do centro histórico, mas o acesso não é difícil. Estávamos com prioridade de acesso ao hospital, e a proximidade do hotel faz toda a diferença para isso, toda a equipe do hotel foi super prestativa, e tem uma excelente cozinha. Café da manhã e jantar foam ótimos

Ich weiß nicht, wie das Hotel, so eine Bewertung haben kann. Das Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben (235) ist nicht dein Zimmer von einem 4 Sterne Hotel die Toilette war sehr veraltet. Fliesen waren kaputt Spiegel und Waschbecken sehr schlecht aus. Ich persönlich kann das Hotel nicht weiterhelfen.

Très bon accueil. Bus à côté de l’hôtel, pratique pour visiter Sienne. Très bon restaurant. Chambre confortable.

Hotelli on vähän vanhanaikaiseksi jäänyt, joka vaikuttaa siltä, että sen parhaat ajat ovat takanapäin. Hotellin ravintola oli muutoin ihan siedettävä, mutta sieltä saatu ruokamyrkytys sai kokemuksen koko hotellista kovin heikoksi. Päädyimme lähtemään hotellista kolme yötä ennen varauksemme päättymistä.
