5階の部屋でしたが、ホテルの室外設備が24時間音を出していてとてもうるさい。冷蔵庫もうるさい。食事の種類が少なく安っぽい。場所がいいだけに値段の割には残念。

とっても綺麗なホテルでした！ 食べ物も美味しかったのですが、レストランのバリエーションが少ないのがちょっと残念でした。 でもトータルとしてまた利用したいと思えるホテルです！

目の前のビーチで朝4時まで大音量のロックコンサートをしており、ほとんど一睡もできませんでした。満室で部屋の移動もできず、ホテルの責任ではないの一点張り、コンサートの有無を確認せずに泊まるのは避けるべきでしょう。

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, la comida, las bebidas, jugos hechos al momento con frutas y verduras frescas. El servicio excelente Ruth y otras chicas mantenian el cuarto limpio y atentas a lo que necesitabamos, todos los días rellenan el bar y los snacks de las habitaciones., los meseros Brian y Manuel bartender nos dieron un excelente servicio , no recuerdo el nombre de los demás., y en el entretenimiento Eric se ganó nuestras risas de verdad que es muy bueno.

I absolutely loved my stay at Playacar Palace. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a warm towel and a refreshing glass of juice, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing experience. The staff takes care of your luggage and delivers it right to your room, making check-in effortless. The hotel itself is stunning, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. My room was beautiful, and the view was just amazing—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The food was excellent, and having access to unlimited drinks truly felt like the cherry on top. If you’re traveling with kids, the playroom staff does a fantastic job keeping them entertained, giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy some time to themselves. I was genuinely blown away by the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it.

Our room was clean. Staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoy the smaller size of the resort, while still providing ample entertainment and food/dinner options.

The food was amazing. Staff were all great. It was just very disappointing. There was no beach area that was advertised online in pictures. It has washed away.

This is the perfect location for the guest that want to go to Cozumel and go out in Playa Del Carmen. The staff and amenities are outstanding! This was a very poor experience. The hotel did not honor our booking. We were supposed to receive a room with two queen or full beds. We were told on arrival that that room type had been oversold. The only room available was a king (we were a group of three). They tried to position it as a “upgrade” based on the view. I declined the upgrade and ask for my reservation to be honored. The hotel declined. They said there was room to wheel in an extra bed. There was not. They ended up jamming a small, uncomfortable cot. We would have left, except we were meeting family also staying in the same hotel. I have taken photos of what we received compared to the marketing photos of what was promised. The experience was absolutely unacceptable. I will never go back.
