部屋がとってもきれいだったし、ロケーションもよい。レイト・チェックインにもかかわらず、従業員がとても親切だった。機会があれば、また泊まりたい。

Was clean and breakfast was good

Room was very noisy at night with people in room above moving furniture around until past 2 am.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location.

The only thing I didn't like was the complementary breakfast. Cold food and had to ask for more coffee, toast and knifes. Only one staff member looking after everything.

Very disappointed in their breakfast. Always having to ask the one staff member on duty to replenish everything. No fresh fruit ever.

​The room itself was great—the bed was very cozy, and the room was incredibly quiet. which made for a good night's sleep. ​However, the arrival and amenities could have been better: ​Check-in & Staff: The check-in process was just okay. The staff member seemed like she had already had a long day and wasn't overly welcoming. ​Parking: Parking was terrible. They simply do not have enough spots available. To make matters worse, the front desk didn't explain very well where we were actually allowed to park when we checked in. ​Breakfast: The breakfast was a bit lacking. It really could have used some fresh fruit and perhaps a few more options to choose from. It was a decent place to sleep, but the parking situation and breakfast options need some work.

I enjoyed the hotel. Room was clean and quiet despite being near the elevator in the outside wing (not connected to the main hotel). I only had the breakfast once - it was adequate and fine. Parking was a bit tricky but worked out. The grocery store across the street which included a Starbucks, plus nearby restaurants and shops were all excellent amenities. I would recommend!

I enjoyed the continental breakfast. Good selection and good food. I was annoyed that the management only had one poor guy cooking and putting food out. He was literally running and had people harrassing him because he couldn't keep up.

Our coffee machine was broken which was disappointing. Luckily they have a coffee machine in the reception. A little disappointed that they charge you if you want an Americano or a hot chocolate. It would be a nice way to say thank you to the customer and offering those different coffee options at no charge like Accent Inns.

Very short stay at this location. Room was wonderful! Staff was very helpful. Hotel was quiet and well kept. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was good in a large open room with lots of seating. Room was quiet and we were in the mountain view building 3rd floor, so had a view of the top of some mountains. Traffic on street was busy during day but quiet at night.
