お風呂が無くて焦りましたが、リクエストをするとお風呂付きの部屋に交換してもらえました かなり豪華で良いホテルでしたが、少し市街地から遠い気もありました

設備がよく、スーパやコインランドリー、ショッピングモール、駅などが近くて便利でした。落ち着いた街の雰囲気も良かったです。散歩がお好きな方におすすめします。主なスポットまでは電車乗った方がよいかと。

最寄RERの駅まで１０分程度。周囲にレストラン、スパー等あり。部屋は広くはないが落ち着いて暖かい雰囲気で、清掃が行き届いて清潔で、良好な状態に保たれている。数枚のCDとプレーヤーもある。従業員もフレンドリー。唯一改善してほしいのはシャワー横にパーティションがなくバスルーム床が水浸しになる。

部屋もお風呂もきれいで良いホテルでした。 フロントスタッフの笑顔も素敵で、自分は何も聞くことはなかったけど、色々相談に乗ってくれそうな雰囲気でした。聞けばよかった。

最終日に迎えのタクシーが遅れましたが、スタッフの方が親身になって対応してくれました。ルームサービスも時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、快く対応してくれました。食事もおいしく、とても満足のいくステイでした。

設備は新しく清潔でした。また、古い伝統のあるホテルより広くて快適です。どちらも7〜8分歩きますが、複数の駅が使用出来るので便利です。また、住宅地と市街地の境目にあるので、騒々しさはなく、リーズナブルで美味しいレストランも徒歩圏内に色々とあります。そして何より素晴らしいのが、タクシー乗り場が目の前にあることと、裏にはコンビニがあるところです。

オペラ座付近に2泊、当ホテルに3泊しました。主目的は全仏オープンテニス観戦でしたが、地下鉄も使う必要なく、ホテルから徒歩30分、高級住宅街を抜けてローランギャロスにたどり着きとても良い散歩にもなりました。また、自由の女神のあるセーヌ川の橋のすぐそばに位置し、エッフェル塔までも徒歩15分と近く、とても素晴らしいロケーションでした。　大きなホテルではありませんが、スタッフは皆さん親切でとても五つ星とは思えないアットホームさがたまりませんでした。ホテル内設備は清潔で全く問題なし。オペラ座付近のホテルよりコスパはかなり高いように感じるので、また次も泊まります。

The rooms and the hotel were extremely clean, just wonderful. The location was really incredible, a few meters from the front door offers incredible views of the Eiffel Tower from the bridge. Really nice local dining in walking distance. Staff was very fluent in English and very helpful with recommendations and directions. The only mark on this property was that our room did not have a sink in the toilet room and they were so separated it made it cumbersome. But everything else was really incredible.

The Staff very professional and helpful, the room was clean, the only problem was that the tub doesn't have shower curtain and the water is splitting out on the floor, and finally even if the hotel offered cold water in the lobby area, it will be wonderful if the hotel installs one ice machine per floor

Location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower!

Says a 5star. Didn’t feel like a 5star, more like a 4star. My bathroom didn’t have a shower. And one day housekeeping didn’t tidy up my room 100%; they made the bed and took out trash, but forgot new towels, forgot to put away iron board and iron. Water is steamy hot so be careful. The gym is approx 3 blocks away and not on site which I didn’t like at all. No real dining restaurants in the hotel, lots nearby though. Would I stay here again? Probably not? 4 out of 5

Dimitri was super helpful and nice! Hotel is beautiful! Only drawback was the shower. Great tub which we enjoyed, but showering with handheld was awkward. Highly recommend this hotel!

명성에 맞게 디자인 및 객실 구성이 알차고, 주변 교통 및 환경이 쾌적함. 직원들도 친절하고, 지인에게 추천은 물론 다음 여행에도 사용하고 싶음. 개인적으로는 욕실이 상당히 고급스러웠으며, 욕조가 있고 수압도 좋았음.

The staff was very attentive! The property is beautiful, clean, luxurious and we can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel only pb is housekeeping not always done in the morning so if you’re coming back for a mid day rest your room At not have been done to really have to explicitly ask for it
