立地的にも周辺に飲食店が多く、滞在しやすかったです。

事情があり予定していた所に急遽泊まれなかったため、夕方に当日予約を入れましたが、スムーズにチェックインできました。レンタカーでしたが、駐車スペースは十分にあり困ることはありませんでした。最寄りのSkyTrainの駅からも徒歩で10分程度なので車がなくても大丈夫です。 建物は多少古いですが、改装してあり部屋は清潔です。我々の部屋は十分な広さがありました。 周辺には大きななスーパーが複数あり、レストランも複数あります。 ゆとりがある宿泊先を求める方には、中心部から少し離れていますが良いと思います。

プールがあってとても良かったが、更衣室が少し狭かった。また朝は午前10時からだったと思うが、もう少し早くから泳げるとさらに良かった。 チェックインは前回も今回も感じのいい対応だった。

周辺にレストランなど施設が少ない。 墓地の前にある。

スタッフの態度が悪い。シーツを毎日変えてない。

工事中のエリアが多く騒音が気になり歩いての移動がしにくい。また車での移動には渋滞になってしまう。

The AC in the room would not produce any heat. The room was clean but showing age.

Comfortable services

Very unpleasant experience. The restaurant was closed for a “private event” when we had otherwise planned to eat there. Needed two beds, and the reservation said Queen with pull out couch was available (maybe hotels.com error over the property itself). Instead they gave us a king room and said no rollaway or extra sheets were available. What kind of hotel has no extra sheets?! There was a bag of trash outside of our door, room was otherwise clean. The staff was very unhelpful and just kept saying no no we’re fully booked - okay well you booked us here too, so we did expect the room as noted and basic services. We weren’t even offered any kind of luggage cart as we struggled with our multiple bags.

The room was clean but as soon as we started the heater there was marijuana smell coming from it we tried to change our room even pay extra but they were fully booked we also have a 3 month old baby looks like he got eye infection and some redness on his face we had no other choice but to stay so we went to shopping to get my baby some new sheets and blankets

Very nice and clean rooms, no scents. The property is nice and the staff is very kind and great at answering any questions you may have. The jetted tub is a great feature too!

Great place!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for leisure with my wife. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. One small inconvenience was that complimentary bottled water was not provided. I tried calling room service to request some, but my calls were not answered. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and polite service.

Cleanroom, kind staff... pool was closed so that was disappointing. Nice big quiet room, wish rooms fit moret than 4 people though.

Average stay. Tub had hair in it and the jets were dirty. Front desk staff was great.

The room is right by the elevator and its loud you can hear people going by in and out and the elevator is eapically loud going up and down with the doors closing. The walls were dirty and the amenities could use a upgrade. There is no view on the 3rd floor homemoon suite.
