大きな通り（Dundas St E）に面しているが、そこまで大きなホテルではなく、こじんまりとした閑静なホテルのイメージ。よくあるビジネスホテル風だが、水彩画が飾られ雰囲気はよい。1人で泊まったが、ご夫婦で宿泊されている姿も。アメニティはボディソープやシャンプーくらいなので持参が必要かも。空港までは意外に遠く、タクシーが便利。すぐに呼んでくれて大変重宝しました。

A lack of parking here, some cars had to park in the entryway overnight. Layout of this hotel is terrible and the window of the room does not look outside, looks at an incredibly hot hallway with glass windows to the outside. Shower has no shelf at all for your own products. I would never stay here again.

Terrible experience. We arrived late as we only had a one night stay prior to flight the next day. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful. Quick check in. But everything was downhill from there. The property is outdated, and layouts make no sense whatsoever. It is NOT ACCESSIBLE FRIENDLY. We had 3 suitcases and were given a room that was in the basement, behind 4 sets of doors, with no elevator access. We were the only room in that area of the building, which made it feel unsafe. However, it was late and we wanted to sleep. The room was EXTREMELY small. we were unable to re-pack our suitcases within the room. The TV was lagging so we couldn't enjoy movies. The AC was FREEZING even at low setting, and has clearly not been cleaned because I was sneezing the entire time, which is an indication of mould and allergens. After checking out, I was charged an additional $75 for what I can only assume was due to minor staining on the bedsheets and towels caused by my menstrual cycle unexpectedly starting overnight. As a woman, this was an embarrassing and completely unintentional situation. Accidents happen, and this has never happened to me before while traveling. I understand that hotels need to maintain their linens, but charging guests for something that is a normal and unavoidable biological occurrence feels insensitive and excessive. I hope the hotel reconsiders its policy and approaches situations like this with more discretion and understanding in the future.

Maintenance guy tried opening my door while i was in my room. I asked front desk that nobody bother me in my room, multiple knocks from house keeping. Housekeeping does a good job, clean room.

Cheguei a noite e a pessoa que estava na recepção foi bem rude, me colocou em um quarto onde a porta dava direto a uma rodovia, alto trafego, barulho, velho, sem cofre, tentei cancelar minha hospedagem que já havia pago e claro, sem o mínimo de negociação! Foi uma noite terrível! No dia seguinte a gerente Michele foi muito solicita, me trocou de quarto e foi muito gentil, ela e também um outro senhor da manhã, mas os noturnos são rudes! Nada hospitaleiros! O hotel fica muito longe de tudo! Tem um ponto de ônibus próximo e o sistema de transporte funciona muito bem! Senti medo na região, mas não passei por nenhum momento difícil, tem restaurante chines ótimo em frente!

El hotel está cerca de varios centros comerciales como Walmart, costco, además de malls de moda, y pequeños supermercados y restaurantes. El hotel es pequeño, la habitación tiene lo suficiente que se ocupa para descansar. La zona de desayunar del hotel está muy pequeña. El desayuno es muy básico, pero suficiente para iniciar bien el día.

I was a little bit apprehensive as we booked for 3 nights accommodation after reading many poor reviews. There is no need to worry. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean with cold a/c and fridge, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide range of options. This is an incredibly affordable hotel and perhaps those writing one star reviews should remind themselves how inexpensive their stay was and if you want higher-end accommodations to pay the price tag on them.

We made a reservation through Expedia for a spacious room queen bed. We were given a standard room. When questioned, the man at the desk said all rooms were the same and that the Expedia website was wrong. We had seen the room next to us being cleaned by the maid with the door opened and it was a spacious room. We simply got scammed. When we lodged a complaint with Expedia, the same told them he offered to change our room. How could that be? He firmly assured us that all room were the same.... Overall: Very soft saggy uncomfortable mattress and over the top noisy ac. Room was clean but quite dated. Would not recommend a stay at this particular Monte Carlo (especially if booked through a third party company)

The staff was very personable and friendly; the room and main areas were clean; the place was quiet; the continental breakfast was a bonus.
