Great hotel….beer could be better

STILL NO STELLA GLASSES ! I mentioned it to them 4 weeks ago, and still no Stella glasses. How hard can it be for a HILTON hotel to get some proper glasses in ? I am back next week, please get some .

I had a beautiful stay at the London Croydon Hilton . The place was exceptional and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Well worth the money for the quality stay.

Comfortable room, great choice for breakfast, very clean and spacious lobby/bar/breakfast room areas The room was only let down by the lack of storage for clothing, otherwise it was excellent

Clean room

Everything is always good at the Hilton in Croydon-Staff excellent and professional

Room was very clean, safe very polite, only down fall was that spa had to be booked in advance for an additional cost, so I didn't get a chance to use it, and it wasn't mentioned at check

Enjoyed our stay. The only negative point is paying £19 a day for parking

Clean room and curteous staff. My only complaint was that parking costs are expensive, considering that the hotel is outside Croydon Town centre.

Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities!

Really disappointed. I booked a deluxe room which I’ve stayed in before. You used to get a facecloth, individual toiletries, a bath robe and free water in the fridge. This time none of these. Apart from A walk in shower instead of a bath, what differences are we paying for?? I also asked when I checked in if it would be ok if I stayed until 12pm instead of 11am and that I was happy to pay. The man at reception said it would be fine and complementary. Unfortunately it appeared he hadn’t written this on my room, so at 11.10, the staff were ringing me to say I had to leave. I tried to explain that I’d asked to leave at 12pm/ but to no avail
