大変満足したので、また利用しようと思います。

レストラン以外は満足です。

夫婦と子供二歳児一人の３人で宿泊しました。部屋はプールヴィラで思ったよりプールが広く海も少しだけですが見えることができ、外からシャワーブースに入れたり導線も良かったです。 広大な敷地にある草木や花は、非常に良くメンテナンスされており、重厚感のある建物も良くまるで名門のゴルフ場ようでした。 敷地がすごい広いので、外へ出る時に多少歩く距離が長くなりますが、タイミングが合えばバギーに乗せて貰えたりします。 レストランは、昼間に一度利用しましたが金額もそれなりにします。朝食は、非常に美味しかったです。 欧米の家族連れの方が多く、みんな上品でした。 また再訪したいです。

2回目の滞在です。スタッフの方々は前回同様いい距離感でとても素晴らしいです。 誕生日の日には、サプライズで朝食時にバースディケーキをいただき、その日はホテル内のどこへ行っても［おめでとう！］と声をかけていただき特別な1日を過ごすことができました。 小さい点ですが気付いたことが数点。 ・ビーチサンダルとスリッパの質が落ちた。 ・チャウエン行きの無料シャトルサービスが無くなった。 ・レイトチェックアウトできなかった。 満室のためごめんね、、との事だったが、 WEB上では空室かなりあったようなので少し不信感。 （上記は2年前との比較です。） 総体的には、欧米系のゲストが多い落ち着いた素敵なリゾートです。 機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

今回2度目の滞在だが、とにかく従業員のホスピタリティが素晴らしい。どんなスタッフでも会うと必ず笑顔で挨拶してくれ、滞在を楽しめているか、困っていることはないかと声をかけてくれます。館内のスポーツ施設、マリンアクティビティが無料で使えるのも魅力。朝食も美味しいし、ホテルのレストランもいずれもクオリティが高く満足。客層も欧米人中心で、上質なリゾートを満喫できる。

新婚旅行で宿泊し、ホテルの人のホスピタリティに感動した。 設備も真新しい物はないが、全てにおいて掃除が行き届いており、不快さを感じなかった。 シャンプー、リンスがタイのブランドPanpuriで使用感も良かった。

ヴィラタイプのホテルを利用しました。すぐ目の前がビーチで憧れのハンモックもあり、のんびり過ごせました。お部屋内は清潔で虫除けグッズも揃って安心でした。スタッフの方々は日本語は通じませんが、とても気さくで親切でした。立地はショッピング街からは離れていますが、ホテルで行き先を伝えれば連れて行ってもらえます(有料)

2年ぶり2回目の滞在で、7月19日から8泊しました。ゲストの殆どは欧米からの長期滞在のバカンス客で、夏休みということもあり、子供連れの品の良いファミリーが目立ちました。スタッフのサービスは抜群で、何もしない休日を過ごすには最高です。また訪れたいと思います。

Had a fantastic stay for 8 nights with family of 4. Highlights included access to water sports including sailing, very friendly and helpful staff, particularly for managing our food allergies at breakfast and other meals, the villa with pool, and beach. A great place to relax and unwind.

Staff went above and beyond - breakfast was excellent. Resort is looking a bit tired in some areas like the pool but beach is stunning - we had a problem with our room and they quickly resolved it and upgraded our room.

Kan ikke skrive andet en rosende ord, alt for morgenmadsbuffet til rengøring og faciliteter spiller bare! Hvis jeg nogensinde skulle vælge at komme tilbage til Koh Samui er det helt klar for at besøge Santiburi igen

Absolutely beautiful grounds and spacious villas. The beach was impeccably clean and the staff were wonderful. A highlight is the gigantic swimming pool and the amazing breakfast. A very peaceful corner of Samui but close enough to the action with a short taxi ride.

Great place to chill and relax

We stayed in one of the newer pool villas and the room was great. Kids loved being able to just jump into the pool from the bedroom. The pool villas don’t have a beach view but the walk to the beach is just ten minutes from the room. Would highly recommend for a family of 4.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne, große und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Man kommt sich fast wie in einem Jungle vor. Unsere Zimmer waren gross, aber renovierungsbedürftig! Allgemein ist die Hotelanlage in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Der Service am Strand könnte aufmerksamer sein.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Thai hospitality truly is second to none, and every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained with twice-daily housekeeping. We really appreciated the extra touches like the beach bag and flip flops, along with the spa-quality dressing gowns and slippers, which added a real sense of luxury. We were also incredibly lucky with our room location. It was right by the beach path, so we could see and hear the water, but it still felt completely private with no constant foot traffic passing by. It struck the perfect balance between being connected to the beach and having a peaceful, secluded space. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was an incredible variety, from authentic Thai dishes to plenty of Western options, all fresh and beautifully prepared. The pool area is massive and really well designed. Interestingly, it was never busy as most guests tend to gravitate towards the beach, which made it feel calm and uncrowded whenever we used it. What really stood out overall was the combination of outstanding service, a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere, and a stunning beachfront setting. It’s the kind of place that feels refined but never pretentious, and perfect if you’re looking to truly relax and switch off. An unforgettable stay, & somewhere I would return
