大変満足したので、また利用しようと思います。

レストラン以外は満足です。

夫婦と子供二歳児一人の３人で宿泊しました。部屋はプールヴィラで思ったよりプールが広く海も少しだけですが見えることができ、外からシャワーブースに入れたり導線も良かったです。 広大な敷地にある草木や花は、非常に良くメンテナンスされており、重厚感のある建物も良くまるで名門のゴルフ場ようでした。 敷地がすごい広いので、外へ出る時に多少歩く距離が長くなりますが、タイミングが合えばバギーに乗せて貰えたりします。 レストランは、昼間に一度利用しましたが金額もそれなりにします。朝食は、非常に美味しかったです。 欧米の家族連れの方が多く、みんな上品でした。 また再訪したいです。

2回目の滞在です。スタッフの方々は前回同様いい距離感でとても素晴らしいです。 誕生日の日には、サプライズで朝食時にバースディケーキをいただき、その日はホテル内のどこへ行っても［おめでとう！］と声をかけていただき特別な1日を過ごすことができました。 小さい点ですが気付いたことが数点。 ・ビーチサンダルとスリッパの質が落ちた。 ・チャウエン行きの無料シャトルサービスが無くなった。 ・レイトチェックアウトできなかった。 満室のためごめんね、、との事だったが、 WEB上では空室かなりあったようなので少し不信感。 （上記は2年前との比較です。） 総体的には、欧米系のゲストが多い落ち着いた素敵なリゾートです。 機会があれば再訪したいと思います。

今回2度目の滞在だが、とにかく従業員のホスピタリティが素晴らしい。どんなスタッフでも会うと必ず笑顔で挨拶してくれ、滞在を楽しめているか、困っていることはないかと声をかけてくれます。館内のスポーツ施設、マリンアクティビティが無料で使えるのも魅力。朝食も美味しいし、ホテルのレストランもいずれもクオリティが高く満足。客層も欧米人中心で、上質なリゾートを満喫できる。

新婚旅行で宿泊し、ホテルの人のホスピタリティに感動した。 設備も真新しい物はないが、全てにおいて掃除が行き届いており、不快さを感じなかった。 シャンプー、リンスがタイのブランドPanpuriで使用感も良かった。

ヴィラタイプのホテルを利用しました。すぐ目の前がビーチで憧れのハンモックもあり、のんびり過ごせました。お部屋内は清潔で虫除けグッズも揃って安心でした。スタッフの方々は日本語は通じませんが、とても気さくで親切でした。立地はショッピング街からは離れていますが、ホテルで行き先を伝えれば連れて行ってもらえます(有料)

2年ぶり2回目の滞在で、7月19日から8泊しました。ゲストの殆どは欧米からの長期滞在のバカンス客で、夏休みということもあり、子供連れの品の良いファミリーが目立ちました。スタッフのサービスは抜群で、何もしない休日を過ごすには最高です。また訪れたいと思います。

We stayed 4 nights at Santiburi and loved it! We had high expectations and we were not disappointed. We booked the basic Duplex suite. It was huge, clean and a wonderful location for us. The pool is hands down the nicest pool we have ever swam in. Perfect temperature, gorgeous surroundings and sparkling clean. The sea and sand was nice and the overall beauty of this vast resort was stunning. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge serve expertly by Best or Junior. They know how to pour and serve a proper cocktail. We ate at the Beach House a few times. Their French intern/student was a wonderful addition to the staff. So polite and helpful. Breakfast was just WOW! On all of our travels this one gets 6 stars for offerings, service and room to move. No pushing and shoving here. If we had to a negative, it might be that we weren’t fully aware of entertainment happening at the resort. Some things we missed as they don’t advertise much. Also the pool restaurant offered excellent food and drink. They really should pick up dirty dishes around the pool more often. They would sometimes sit out for hours. Just a small complaint! We would love to return to Santiburi one day and would definately recommend!

It is 3 star hotel in reality. Very dated property with close to non entertainment and pretty dirty beach. 🏖️ if you still going to end up there, get Reserve upgraded villas. Those are pretty nice. Btw, resort is ridiculously overpriced. On bright side, the staff is very attentive and super helpful.

Das Personal war sehr sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand und auch der Handtuchservice top. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an thailändischen und europäischen Köstlichkeiten. Das einzige Manko ist das Alter des Hotels das man leider an einigen Stellen sieht. Die Matratze war schon ziemlich durch und es gab einen alten Muff im Zimmer (allerdings haben wir nach einem Hinweis ans Personal täglich frisches Duftöl erhalten). Der Pool im Zimmer

Very nice resort. Small enough to be cozy, yet big enough to feel spacious. Nice beach. Good pool. Great for families with small kids. Good for couples as well as there is a bit of a romance vibe. Nice location too.

Lovely hotel, well-situated. Beautiful grounds kept really well. Welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful relaxing property. Lovely blend of thai design and luxury in a stunning setting. Far enough away for our family to relax, but still walkable to local eateries. We'd love to come back, and the staff were fantastic.

Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön.

Die Mitarbeiter sind von der Reinigungskraft, das Servicepersonal, die Gärtner und der Manager einfach nur TOP. Uns hat gestört, dass die Preise so übertrieben teuer sind. Wir haben für eine Portion trockenen Reis und 1x Mango Sticky Reis, mehr bezahlt, was dort ein Mitarbeiter am Tag verdient. Ausserdem hat uns extrem gestört, dass Raucher wenig Platz in dem Hotel haben. Dort ist einer der größten Pool der Insel, mit abständen zwischen den Liegen von teilweise 10-20m und man hat dort nur eine Bank in der Ecke, wo man rauchen kann. Selbst am Strand muss man an einen kleinen Tisch zum rauchen. Beim Frühstücken ist genug Platz und auch „räumliche“ Trennung, dass man einen Raucher und einen Nichtraucherbereich machen könnte.. wären die total übertriebene Preise nicht und es gäbe mehr Möglichkeiten zum rauchen, wären wir wieder gekommen..
