Super buffet , chambre très propre et personnel souriant et compétent

The room was very clean and the counter staff is welcoming. Helpful staff in the breakfast area. Well maintained and peaceful place to stay.

Clean renovated rooms

Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly. Free parking was available. The location is excellent with shopping centers, restaurants, and an Adonis supermarket nearby. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate. However, there were several issues. The door handle in our room didn't work properly. The key card reader would turn green, but the door often wouldn't open. Only on our last day were we told there was a trick: pull the handle down, and if that didn't work, pull it up. Guests shouldn't have to figure this out on their own. The blackout curtains didn't close properly, leaving very little privacy. The room had soap but no shower gel. The soundproofing was poor. We could clearly hear running water and loud plumbing noise whenever someone in a neighboring room took a shower, especially early in the morning. The pool was closed during our stay. The Level 2 EV charger cost about the same as a Tesla Supercharger, which didn't seem reasonable. Most employees, except the front desk staff, spoke very little English. The biggest disappointment came on our last morning when I was told I wasn't allowed to fill my bottle with juice because it was "too much," even though I could have poured the same amount into several cups. That left a disappointing final impression and changed what would have been a higher rating.

Pros: Breakfast was included Close to mall. Gym is next door. Cons: Front desk staff was ignorant and not helpful. The converter and all surfaces were sticky and dirty. I will not be back to this location.

Nous sommes restés juste une nuit, mais tout était correct. Rien d'extraordinaire, mais tout à fait satisfaisant pour une courte durée.

Le déjeuner et la propreté

Overall stay was okay. Decent place, not bad but improvements needed in cleanliness. We found dirty bed sheets on the pull-out coach. Not enough towell for the three of us on a regular basis. Towells were dumped by the sink instead of placed on the rack. Not a bad experience overall, but we will stay at another hotel next time we’re in the area.
