総合評価とレビュー Holiday Inn BOLTON CENTRE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations.

Amazing place. Clearly updated recently. But was charged again, so was 190 a night which is a lot!

Service and care of the staff

Good hotel

I needed to spend a night in Exeter to pick up a car. The Holiday Inn Express is a very convenient and comfortable hotel, close to the city centre. The location, close to the River Exe means it is much lower than the city centre, so expect a steep walk back to the restaurants in the centre, although the Quay area is more or less on the same level.

Hotel was nice but toilet was too small hard to fit toilet paper was dirty

Arrived early and was allowed to check in early thankfully got the food room key but wasn’t told where to go etc so we had to guess didn’t know that there was an easier way to get to the car park which was via the lift so had to go outside and round which could have been easier. The stay was lovely the room was nice but had cobwebs large ones by the telly The bathroom was lovely but shower leaked. There was a party the night we stayed and it was loud it would have been nice to be pre warned there was party on that night so we knew what to expect. The area and hotel was nice! I’d come again

I liked the lighting in the room and the different types of pillows. I did not like the smallness of the bathroom, or the cracked basin.

The property was not bad however I felt I could’ve gotten a slightly better room. The service and breakfast was fairly good.

Good hotel in centre of Bolton. Easy to get amenities and walkable from the station. Good comfortable bed and a nice modern shower room

Second time staying here but unfortunately not the best stay this time. Bed was ok but pillows were terrible and also I'm definite that the bed was infested with something.woke up about 3.30am itching and scratching then couldn't sleep again.

Staff were very friendly. Room served its purpose as we were in town to visit family and spent very little time in there. Room isn’t in great condition but is clean and comfortable enough.

Heating was a bit strange

Freindly staff and restaurant staff treated us like old friends.

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The only trouble is the dust apparent in the room; the main areas (bed, bathroom, closet) were cleaned. However, the bedside lamp and remote had significant dust collected, so they have not been seen in a while. There was also a stain on the carpet. As this was only for a night, it was acceptable lodgings to stay. There is scaffolding near the hotel that has uneven pavement (and holes!) so comfortable shoes is advised.
