ご飯が美味しかった

ホテル自体は良いホテルで比較的安価なのですが、当日にアーティストが宿泊していた為、入口の所がごった返していました。入る事も出来ず、ホテルの人も注意せずで大変困りました。

町の中心に位置するホテルである為、ビジネス、観光ともに利用しやすいと感じる。朝食がとても充実しており、非常に満足できる滞在が出来た。

中心地から程良く離れ、静かに過ごせました。wifiの状態も良くフロントの対応も良し。空港アクセスも乗り換え一つで、バスターミナルへも近い。ホテルからメトロの入り口も近い。マドリー行く際はリピートします。

地下鉄ゴヤ駅に近くコルテイングレスもあるので観光にも買い物にも便利です。周囲にレストランもいろいろあります。 ホテルは古そうですが、部屋はリノベーションされていて清潔でした。 部屋の広さとテラスが付いているのでスーペリアルームを選びましたが、バスタブは無くシャワーのみでした。バスタブ付きの部屋はスタンダードルームだけだそうです。 テラスは広く街が見渡せてとても素敵でした。 引き出しの代わりにアルミの大きな箱に荷物を収納するようになっていますが、音がするので少し使い辛いです。 ネスプレッソがありましたが、ティーポットが無かったのでお願いしたところ快く貸してもらえました。

Boa localização e ótimo café da manha

El servicio de primera, la habitación bien y la ubicación fabulosa

Cafe da manha certamente eh o melhor que ja experimentei em todos hoteis da Europa. A equipe de atendimento tambem eh muito gentil. Tivemos um probleminha no checkin mas o testante da estadia compensou esse stress.

La ubicación del hotel, genial. El personal muy bien, la habitación bien. Pero por lo que me he dado cuenta, las habitaciones asignadas a Expidia o son en pisos bajos o no tienen vista! Deben de chequear eso por favor!

O quarto eh bom, mas escolha sempre o dos fundos para não ouvir barulho da balada ao lado. Quarto confortável, cama muito boa. Banheiro deixa a desejar. Chuveiro bem apertado. Uma pessoa grande fica bem desconfortável.

The room was awful, the tv didn’t work, the ac didn’t work either, someone was having a fight at 5 am and knocking every door in the hotel, and the staff didn’t care at all

Excelente desayuno y ubicación

Hotel on nice street with many stores. Clean, simple business hotel - everything to expectation. Room was very cold ( it was an extra cold weekend in Madrid) so I requested an extra duvet at the reception. Staff at desk said they would ask colleague and let me know. Waited two hours, no call or duvet. I finally called the desk again to be informed that there were extra duvets in the closet. Wish they had simply told me at the reception or called to inform so I didn’t have to wait two hours. These are the small details that elevate a hotel from ok to good.
