Bed was super comfortable, a nice amount of space in the room, nice front desk staff, breakfast was plentiful and good. I appreciated how close hotel was to Olde Mystic, it is down a fairly steep hill but we walked it easily. We enjoyed dinner at Jealous Monk, pretty outside seating and friendly waitstaff.

Great location, clean rooms and lobby. My only complaint is that the lobby always smelled like old breakfast. You need a signature scent.

Spacious rooms, clean. The outlets were not snug though, and our chargers kept falling out of them. We tipped housekeeping daiky, but did not receive new bathroom cups in plastic, were short towels (no washcloths on 2 days), and it seems there was a theft of an item we had purchased as a gift for our granddaughter- a small package amongst the many packages lined up by the wall. No camera, so no proof. The breakfast was excellent downstairs, and the pool and exercise room were very good. Also the hotel is very well situated.

Room was a good size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walkable to Old Mystique Shopping and Mystic Aquarium. Water machine available to fill water bottles which is a big plus. Breakfast avaliable but no variety.

Highly recommend would stay here again. Great location. Accommodating staff and amenities. Delicious coffee.

It was nice but nothing to write home about. The gym looked like it was being worked on so that would be my area of complaint. Not a whole lot of options. Food was good. Room was clean. A/C worked great.

With the exception of the USB ports that didn't work, everything was great!!

The pool & outside area were not very inviting

Staff was really nice. Hotel is very quiet. I didn’t hear any noise when I’m in the room. Free breakfast always a plus. Def will stay there again if I’m in the area again.

Wonderful staff! Rose was a true angel and made our experience top knotch! This location is great. You can walk to old mystic village and aquarium. Pools great for kids and breakfast is awesome. Highly recommend for families.

Easy checkin. Accommodating with early check-in

I liked the property very much. Two things that I did not like were the half of the chairs in the dining area were peeling and they looked very bad. The other thing is the elevator thresholds were not clean. My room was very clean and so was other areas in the hotel.
