朝食が美味しい

いつも出張の度に使っているので、気楽に宿泊できました。チェックインの手続きも簡素かされて、朝食も満足です。

今回は６人の出張だったので部屋のランクを下げたけど、いつもより狭く感じたけど、清潔で機能は充分でした。次に宿泊する時には従来の部屋でもっとゆっくりしたいと思いますあ

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Die Möglichkeit, auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und sich dafür an der Minibar bedienen zu dürfen, finde ich großartig!

Alt var topp! Rom, service, plassering og ikke minst frokosten!!

Great location near the ocean and many restaurants. Modern and very well maintained. Parking is convenient with ramp parking under the hotel. Only complaint is that the air conditioning does not get very cold but this is fairly normal in Europe.

If you want a carefree stay, don't book at this hotel. At checkout, they say you still have to pay for the night, even though you indicate you had already done so when booking. The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel.

Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

The hotel is no longer Radisson. It has become a SCAN hotel so recently that the WiFi connection and all internal information is still branded radisson, and the Radisoin blu website is still active. But there are NO SIGNS on the street indicating this is the former Radisson. We drove around for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the hotel was. Then the staff at the front desk were incredibly smug and actually quite amused that we had had difficulty identifying the hotel. When we checked out, the same smug person at the desk told us that parking was free, put our room number on the parking card, which he kept and insisted we didn’t need anything to get out of the garage. Of course we got stuck at the barrier and had to call an attendant to let us out. Big mistake turning this hotel over to them—Expedia is always good about informing us of changes, so the hotel obviously never informed you of the change.

Afterwork Party in der Rooftop Bar. Ab 23:00 konnte man schlafen. Rezeption am Abend damit überfordert. Sehr netter Rezeptionist am Folgetag erstattete die Parkgebühren wegen der Ruhestörung.

A very nice hotel that exceeded my expectations. It’s very spacious and clean. Do not skip the breakfast buffet!!!
