Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Sign out front was run over. The awning on the entrance had a piece of metal hanging down. Parking lot had garbage and pot holes. Carpet was lifted/water logged previously??? Room had broken cabinets, blood/makeup on sheets, hair in tub, etc. I would give zero stars if possible.

The worst stay I have ever taken at a hotel. Arrived was told about no smoking, got to room and it reeked of cigarette smell. ceiling leaked, toilet leaked, ashes in the sink, room above floor joists squeaked non-stop, ice machine on first floor flooded entry way, and final straw was long black hair in the freshly made eggs.

Replacement of toilet seat in room 125 needed. Supposed to be a non-smoking room, but carpet smelled of cigarettes.

Unfortunately all hotels were booked due to nfl event. Exterior in deplorable condition, lobby and hallways completely disgusting and smelly. My room was surprisingly fine, but outside I frequently saw vagrants loitering. Looked like heavy drug users wandering around scratching themselves.

Extremely dirty. Broken cabinet. Used shampoo in room. Dirty towel, very old, run down aqnd dirty. Left a day early because of conditions. staff said ok. Leave. Still charged for day we weren't staying.

dirty floor, what looked like pee on the mattress cover, dirty Kleenex box cover and hair dryer handle dirty!

Check in was easy and quick. However when we went to the room there were black areas, potential mold, above the shower and other repairs in the bathroom area ceilings. Had to check out of that room and check into a new room. Front desk help was great and had no problem getting us into another room. The breakfast was ok the first morning nothing special. The eggs the second morning were not good. Chose to eat somewhere else the last morning.

This property needs some TLC. There was trash overflowing in the hallways. There were people hanging out in the parking lot in the evening. Repairs are needed on the building...gutter hanging off the front of the building.

This place should just close down, too expensive for how terrible it’s condition is in.

The shower had no water pressure and I cant use a tub. The elevator floors were filthy as were the glass doors and such. This stay was horrible. I stayed there because they had s hot tub and we couldnt use it because it was down for maintenance

Originally booked for 4 nights left after night 2. We were getting bit by bedbugs. The pictures of the pool were beautiful but in person it was a hot box no air flow. Needs some updating

Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

It was horrible. Dirty sheets and bugs in the room.

They need to invest in some updates to the whole hotel. Update bathrooms, repair walls and fix drips. We picked this hotel because it stated it was smoke free... it was not. Lots of guests were smoking in their rooms. Plus, we heard a small dog in one room.

Do not stay here. No room service after asking a few times, dirty bathrooms, dirty linen, hallways with bad odor, had to keep asking for towels…

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I walked into the room and was immediately horrified to see blood on the floor. The bathroom was filthy, hair all over the shower, grime everywhere, and to top it all off, there was a pair of someone else’s dirty underwear shoved behind the toilet. This is not an over exaggeration, dirty underwear. It was obvious that no cleaning had been done at ALL. They claimed room service had been provided which is a complete joke. Handing someone a towel while everything else remained untouched is NOT room service. The room smelled of rot and mold, and there was even food smeared on the window. I’ve never felt more disgusted. While trying to reach out to hotel management on this issue, we never received any replies and upon checking out was still left amazed that no one seemed to care about the issues noted. Avoid at all costs.

Not a clean Hotel needs a big remodel, we left two days early and were still charged my wife got sick while there, house keeping came to our room 1 of 4 days we were there. I had to keep going to the desk to get fresh towels and supplies.

Our stay was great, the rooms were nice. Just don't be discouraged by the looks on the outside of the building.

Our door was missing the latch to lock the door. The shower head and tub faucet never stopped dripping. The tub had stains. Ceiling in the ‘bathroom’ was missing part of a cover for the vent/fan. There were visible cracks in the ceiling due to what i’m assuming was water damage based on the stains over the bed. Our bed sheet was inside out when we pulled the covers off to check the bed. We had lights that were inoperable. The pool area was dimly lit, no towels, and there seems to be no ventilation in the area. The staff was kind. Free morning breakfast appeared to be good but I stuck to coffee. The outside door to the parking lot did not latch. You get what you pay for.
