かなりいい感じ

少し離れたところにありましたが、レンタカーだったので問題なし。 お部屋はスタンダードな部屋の設定がなくスイートとなりましたが この値段であのお部屋は満足以外ありえない。 というか、１泊ではもったいなかったと思う。 体に気を使った施設のためレストランもそれほど高カロリーなものがなく 主にシーフードや日本食。お肉でも付け合わせがフライドポテトではない。 でもアメリカ最終日の私たちには良かった☆ スパは絶対外せないと思って、当日予約をしたところ最終の時間で 確保できたとの事で一安心。 それまでスコッツデールやファッションスクエアまで散策に行ったのですが、 ホテルのプールでゆっくりしたかったと後悔。 夜ホテルに戻り、部屋のバスローブを着てスパへ向かうととても感じの良いスタッフさん達。 最後の予約者の私にあなたが良いと思う時間に出て下さいと言われたけど そんな神経は持ち合わせていないため、シャワーを浴びてすぐに出た。 でもミスト部屋があったのでそれだけでも入っておけば良かったな。 朝はホテルのプログラム（無料）でYogaなどがありとても参加したかったが 後ろ髪を惹かれる思いでチェックアウトをし、空港へ向かう。 とにかく素敵なホテルで、また絶対利用したいと思いました。

Se nos perdió una silla de carro para bebé , que la compramos en Amazon , la entregaron en el hotel y desapareció , tuvimos que reclamar y reclame durante dos días , al final nos mandaron a comprar una el jefe de seguridad !

We’ve been twice already. Always amazing and so peaceful. Our favorite place to stay!

The property itself blends beautifully with the mountains of Paradise Valley. The room had every amenity and convenience you would ever need. Everything is the highest quality, sheets, towels, robes (super soft). For me, what made the experience really special was the people that work there. Truly a unique and special experience. I’ll absolutely be returning! Special shout out to Charles at Jade Bar who navigated 5 of us with ease and grace!

The pool area and grounds need significant renovation and maintenance. I had not been to this property since 3017 and was surprised as it is a beautiful property. The suites were in good condition and the service and food were outstanding.

Wonderful. Such attention to detail and service.

From check in to check out, every member of the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and had a very nice view. The staff at the pool and the valet staff that drove us to and from our room in golf carts were so friendly and very happy to help. Great experience!

Beautiful resort and amenities! Tucked in on the north side of Camelback mountain, Sanctuary is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the day at the pool and SPA, and have an amazing meal at Elements!

Nestled up in the mountains in a beautiful spot lots of places to explore and walk. All the landscaping was beautifully kept. I miss it already.

Should be a very nice experience but poor service, nowhere near the 5 star price point, an extremely crowded pool and spa and very average f&b made this a somewhat disappointing stay although location and views are amazing.

Awesome boutique resort all around!

For hotel with the price tag x night this one has they room was very disappointing, there was a rug in the room in the leaving area that I wouldn’t even use at my dog’s patio. Furniture outdated, very limited dining options. For sure not a $1k x night worth hotel.

This is considered a pet friendly property - but they would not allow in the beginning our dog in the dining area - only on the patio. But finally the manager made it happen and we always could sit inside since it was either too hot or chilly to sit on the patio. The maintenance should also replace on a regular schedule batteries for the fire alarm detectors. Ours started beeping in both rooms. But neighbors in close by rooms had the same problems at the same time. In the coming days we heard more beeping around in other parts of property. There is an in room safe on the top shelf of closet- but it is not bolted to the wall and could have been easily removed
