My flight to denver was delayed 5hours more. Airport shuttle between this hotel and terminal is only one by hour. so my stay would be only 2hours. I decided to remain Jeppsen terminal and tried to cancel myreservation. but unable to contact hotel staff.so I asked Expedia to contact them.But they also did not contact hotel staff. Finally. nothing refunds.

The manager at this location is the best I'd seen in this business as professional and helpfulness. Two thumbs up.

Lots of folks checking in on vouchers and the front desk was clear and efficient. Good work.

The hotel is very clean. So clean my wife complained about the odor of the cleaning products at first, but this issue went away. The property is better than I expected from a value chain. This place is very good and I would go back. There are restaurants in walking distance.

Easy and affordable for airport area transition

Great customer service. It was chaos because of the widespread United cancellation but they handled things so well and even gave us water and snacks despite it being late at night and total chaos

Everything was fine. Just surprised that they charged $10 per night for parking. It really turned me off

This is the worst hotel in the Tower Road vicinity, near DIA, that I've ever stayed at. First, they surprised me with a $10 parking fee for the night of our stay. This additional fee was NEVER disclosed. Secondly, the hotel is very run down and in much need of updating. Lastly, the area around the hotel and the road immediately in front of the hotel may not even be safe. There was one vehicle parked on that road with 4 flat tires, clearly not having been moved in perhaps weeks. Another vehicle had a shattered back window. This road is directly adjacent to the hotel parking lot for which you get to pay an extra $10/night.

Very basic. Not super clean. Poor breakfast
