中心街に近く、観光に使うバスへのアクセスも良かったです。

値段の割に部屋が広く、設備も新しい。ただ、机がないのでPCを使う人は苦労する

設備はきれいでしたが、枕カバーやタオルなどは汚れたまま。交換も中途半端でした。部屋のアメニティもシャンプーリンスとあとすこしだけで、飲料水もスリッパもありませんでした。 予約後に、日程と人数の確認のメールのやりとりを直接ホテルとしていたにもかかわらず、当日フロントで異なった予約内容の確認を再びされました。 立地は便利だったのと、街は素敵だったので、宿泊先選びをミスしてしまったと残念に思います。

Hôtel confortable, propre et à la décoration soignée. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel à la réception très accueillant, professionnel et de bon conseil. Seul bémol : les chambres communicantes sont extrêmement mal insonorisées (a confirmer pour les autres) et le fait que le bar et la terrasse ne soient pas accessibles.

Lovely property

Perfect location to walk around Granada. Comfy bed and quiet room. Only drawbacks...no coffee maker in the room, just a kettle with some instant coffee pouches. Also there was no air ventilation in the bathroom... Staff was wonderful and sauna/steam room were great!

The Eurostars hotel was very nice. The staff is excellent and the room fine. There were some issues and they were dealt with quickly. Problems: We had to unload luggage and there is no good spot to do this. It would be great if they could arrange a spot to use for offloading luggage before parking (we were told to use the public parking because they thought our car was too big??…?) They should prepare clients for this. Another hotel sent an email to notify clients where to go and how to handle the arrival.
