Sehr gutes Hotel in Strandnähe. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es mehr als genug Auswahl und Abwechslung. Das Loft ist sehr groß und geräumig. Das Waschbecken ist hier im Raum, was aber nicht stört. Am Pool gab es in der Nebensaison mehr als genug Liegen.

Hyggelig og fint hotell. En liten gåtur til stranda, men ikke så langt.

La struttura è molto curata, le zone comuni sono studiate molto bene , soprattutto la sala cinema per i bimbi.anche se alcuni lettoni e le sdraio andrebbero un pó puliti. La vista non è delle migliori, sommerso da palazzoni alcuni anche fatiscenti. La piscina molto bella.Il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del babyclub, davvero fantastici.la signora della reception non era troppo informata su cosa succedeva nei dintorni, ma comunque era gentile. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita ma dal lavandino non scendeva bene l’acqua.La televisione un pó scarsa per essere un 4 stelle … mi aspettavo una smart tv dalla quale si possa accedere a nerflix, ecc. la vera nota dolente è il cibo. Tratta in inganno dalle foto sui vari siti, credevo che il cibo della cena fosse quello che Invece quello era del bar a pagamento, che era buono,ma quello della cena del ristornate mezza pensione era immagiabile. Mai mangiato cosi male in un villaggio.ho per la prima volta fatto fatica a trovar qualcosa di decente. In alcuni piatti cotti li al momento c’erano pezzettoni di bruciato, che sarebbero cancerogeni. Frutta non lavata con ancora su la terra. Questa è stata la vera nota dolente. Non tornerei solo per questo.

The desk staff and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The staff in the bar were not always attentive or prompt. The property is beautiful and close to shopping and the beach

We loved this hotel but we hate that the air conditioning is set for the entire hotel! It was so hot at night we couldn’t sleep! We complained and they brought the maintenance man to look into it. Later we learned that the entire hotel is in one unit so regardless of what you do to the thermostat in your room it won’t change the temperature. This was extremely frustrating! If the air conditioning is a big deal for you pass on this property even though it’s really nice!

Amazing hotel! We had the breakfast and it was fresh, huge variety, lots of fresh fruits. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great balcony overlooking pool! Night entertainment for the kids and the pool was amazing and staff! Highly reccommend and would return!

We stayed 7 nights with two children (5 and 2 years old). Comfortable room with good amenities, I would’ve wanted a coffee maker and an iron (but that’s just me being picky). The room itself is spacious as is the balcony. Big fridge! The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. The kids club at the hotel is just outstanding. The staff are so committed to making it a memorable experience for the kids - I can’t thank them enough! Great size pool, food is good with plenty of options during the buffet dinings. We opted for the half board which meant we could swap dinner for lunch some days. All meals are on ”Spanish time” which we adapted to quickly. Good size gym! We loved our stay and would be more than happy to return!

Struttura bellissima , grande e pulita! Siamo stati benissimo e anche il cibo era buonissimo! Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Chaotic check-in that took far too long. On top of that, they only had 3 rooms ready even though the booking was for 4. Dirty bathroom, a sewer smell in room 135, and an air conditioner with a mind of its own in room 127. Service at the bar was also very slow. Melia Hotel in Alicante has a much higher standard in every respect, so the top executives in the Melia chain should really take note. Will never return.

Great area if you want a little more quietness with a sprinkle of things to do. Conveniently located next to one of the best beaches on the island, being only a few steps away.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand en dat hebben we als zeer positief ervaren. De kamers en het reatuarant lijken recentelijk een facelift te hebben gehad. De kamers zijn ruim en ligt en voldoen. Heel luxe zijn ze nuet maar wel praktisch. Het personeel heeft weinig oog voor de gasten, een groet of een glimlach kan er niet van af. We hadden vooral moeite met het buffetrestaurant. Het leek meer op een schoolkantine en de tafels staan heel dicht op elkaar. Het ontbijt was ok. Het avondeten was matig tot slecht, vaak koud, rauw vlees en kip en het was uiterst lastig om aan een drankje te komen. Wij hebben, na 3 avonden, buiten de deur gegeten. Jammer van het halpension maar je vakantievreugde gaat voor. Zou ik nog een keer boeken? Zeker niet!

Nette Zimmer, nettes Personal und Kinderprogramm ist auch sehr toll! Aber leider ist das Essen (V.a. Abendessen) schlecht. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und diverse Shows und Abendprogramme anliegender Hotels (bis 23 Uhr) sind etwas nervig am Abend, vor allem mit Kleinkind
