Generally good, but a severe trouble in A/C.

街の中心地までは少し離れていますが、ホテルの近くにバスやトラムの乗り場があるので不便ではありません。ロシオ駅までは１５分程度で行けます。価格の割に部屋もきれいですし、スタッフも親切な方ばかりでした。ただし、窓を開けるとすぐ大通りなので、カーテンは開けられませんでした。ジェロニモス修道院へは徒歩すぐ、ベレンの塔や発見のモニュメントへもトラムで２駅ほどで、徒歩でも行けます。朝食はパン、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、チーズ、サーモン、生ハムなど豪華とは言えませんが、私には十分でした。ホテル近くにある有名店のナタ（エッグタルト）もありました。朝食開始は７時半～ですが、だいたい８時くらいにナタは登場します。とてもおいしく、滞在中は毎朝食べましたが飽きませんでした。リスボンに滞在する時は、また泊まりたいおすすめのホテルです。

日本で言うと会社の保養所、旅館的なホテルです。ジェロモニス修道院のすぐ横にあり、ベレン地区観光には便利です。ナタで有名なカフェもすぐ近くです。日本の　あるガイドブックにはナタが朝食に出ると書いてありますが残念ながら出ませんでした。リスボンの観光地までは市電で20分ぐらい乗ります。歩ける範囲かと思っていましたが絶対不可能な距離でした。部屋の大きさは大きく快適でしたが廊下の声や隣の声が聞こえるということはありました。スタッフの方はとても気さくでした。

Good location in Lisbon for food by coast

Localização excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos , pequeno almoço muito bom. Quarto limpo, casa de banho com produtos de ótima qualidade. Recomendo.

The location was wonderful. The staff made you feel unwelcome. We arrived early and we’re leaving our bags when the man at the desk asked if we would like to go ahead and check in because he had a room. He had almost finished the registration that we did not ask for, but we were offered when another man came in, and the two of them got in a fight in front of us. The second man redid our reservations, although we could not understand what they were saying, and we ended up in a very tiny room. Also, because they were embarrassed every time we came downstairs it was awkward. There were ants in our room. The breakfast was delicious, but the second man also made sure to tell us that we were not to go eat breakfast in the morning that we got there too early. The whole thing was frustrating especially since we knew we were early and had only planned on leaving our bags there to start with because we had just gotten off the cruise ship.

I am so happy to stay in a hotel where the staff is on site and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The location was perfect. Around the corner from the monastery. Quieter than downtown Lisbon yet close to town and plenty to see and do.

Excellent property, staff and location. Couldn't ask for more. The breakfast is outstanding.

Os recepcionistas do hotel são muito gentis. Tivemos um problema com a pessoa do bar que não gostou da atitude do meu filho em procurar um banheiro na recepção sem perguntar ao funcionario. Foi rude em seu comentário e isso criou em nossa família um sentimento ruim. Mas desejo fazer um elogio ao pessoal do café da manhã. Muito gentil e prestativo o atendimento. Nota 10.

Muy bueno el desayuno, jugo de naranja natural, y variadas opciones para elegir, incluidos los pasteles de Belem. Ponen 1 botella de agua cada 2 dias. Varias toallas y pantuflas. No tienen restaurante propio, por lo que no hay room service, tampoco tienen plancha ni tabla para planchar en las habitaciones, hay servicio de lavanderia, pero es externo
