施設は古いですが、メンテナンスがきちんとされていてきれいで快適でした。ただ、シャワー室は電気が暗かったです。フロリダモールと隣接しているので、とても便利です。

ホテルはとても綺麗でジムも利用しました。フロリダモールの上にあるので便利です。ここからディズニーやアウトレットにUberで行ってました。 ホテルのロビーにスターバックスがあるので毎日飲んでました。受付の方も、掃除の方も優しくて助かりました。シャワーの水圧も特に問題なかったです。

モールに隣接しており便利

普段暖かいオーランド ではエアコンに暖房が無いのか、設定温度を上げても冷風が出るのみで寒かった。余りに寒いので、夜はヒートテックを着て寝た。朝ご飯はホテル内のスタバのグランデサイズの飲み物と朝食サンドイッチの中から選ぶ方式、とても満足でした。Hotels.com の予約では朝食3名分付いていたのに、この部屋には朝食2名分しか付いてないと言われ、英文の予約確認書を見せるまで納得してもらえなかった。ごく普通のショッピングモールに直結、という以外は何の取り柄もないホテル。次はアウトレット直結又はリゾートホテルに泊まりたい。

ディズニークルーズの前泊ホテルとして利用しました。とても綺麗なホテルでした。直結しているモールで食事や買い物もする事ができかいてきに過ごせました。

パークを一通り巡ったあと、買い物目的と現地の友人と会うのに便利なホテルを探していたらモール直結のホテルがあったので選びました。 文字通りの直結で非常に便利だったことと、ホテル自体も綺麗で言うことありませんでした。近隣にMall at Milleniaという大きなモールがありますが、どちらかというとFlorida Mallの方が店舗のバリエーションが多く見てて楽しかったのでオススメです。

There are plenty of food options and shops nearby because it is located at The Florida Mall. There was a breakfast option available at a price. We ended up driving a couple of minutes to an IHOP nearby. I booked the room last minute as we were attending an event in the downtown area and were also going to be be checking in very late. I contacted the front desk by phone and they assured me that the reservation would not be cancelled. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. My only concern was that I noticed some debris on the carpet in the hallway on our level as we walked to our room. I would book this location again.

We had a great time.

Couldn't check untill 4pm. One small bottle of soap for 3 people and it was never replaced.

My best friend and I just stayed here for the weekend and it was great! Everyone was very nice and it was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean, quiet & comfortable.

Place was extremely clean and very convenient as it’s attached to the mall. Also gave us two drink coupons for the bar or the Starbucks. Very good security as you can’t even use the elevator without your key.
