フロントの方がとても親切でした。また泊まりたいです、場所もすごく便利ですし食事も良かったです。オススメのホテルです

とても居心地のよいホテルでした。時計塔へのアクセスもよくトラムも目の前で移動がべんりでした。でも、駅からは乗り換えですが・・・・・。でも、すぐに解りました。小鳥のさえずりで目覚めとても爽やかな気持ちになれました。

ヨーロッパの伝統的な都市に多い、古い建物のホテル。名前となっているSchloßbergのすぐ下に位置し、トラム駅も目の前、広場へも徒歩数分と立地は申し分ありません。地域評価No1だけあり、こぢんまりしてはいるものの、趣のあるホテルで、ゆったりと過ごせます。建物は複数棟からなっていますが、ロビー、廊下、室内いずれもいつも綺麗に保たれています。 フロントの対応はいつもフレンドリーで、チェックインが深夜になったものの、丁寧に対応してくれました。但し、室内にミニバーは無いため、飲み物などは外で買うか、ホテルバーで購入（水は明らかに高い）するしかありません。 残念ながら滞在した部屋は1階の小さい中庭（通路？）に面していたので、眺望は楽しめませんでした。また、欧州らしく、バスの排水は若干悪かったですが、不便を感じるほどではありません。 ホテルの売りは裏のがけに創られたガーデンで、市街をある程度見渡すことができ、早朝などは鳥のさえずりと花が綺麗です（勿論眺望はすぐ近くのSchloßbergの方が良いですが）。 朝食はコンチネンタルのブッフェスタイルですが、どれも質の良いもので、特にスクランブルエッグは絶品でした。 総じてもしまた行く機会があれば滞在したいホテルです。

部屋は大変に綺麗、受付の方の対応もExcellent。唯一の弱点はレストランがないことだけど、徒歩圏内にたくさんあるので減点とはしません。安全だし、とても快適でした。

英語でばっちり対応してもらい、気配りをしてくれる最高なホテルでした。 受付の方の対応が最高。 スーパーやレストランは少し離れますが、トラムは目の前で、ショッピングセンター、レストランは徒歩5分圏内で不満点にはなりません。館内は清潔で、室内は裸足であるいても気にならないくらいです。 また泊まりたい！

シュロスバーグの麓、中央広場までも徒歩５分程度の非常に便利なホテル。部屋はそこそこ広く室温も適度に設定されている。傘も玄関に備えられていて雨の日も大丈夫。

ホテルは立派ではないが、背後に段上の庭園を持ち、そこから街を眺めることができ、4つ星であると納得できた。

たいへん満足しました。約400もの絵画が部屋やロビーに展示されており、とてもアートなホテル。 ダウンタウンに近く立地も良いです。 次回も泊まりたいと思いました。

シュロスベルグにほど近い好ロケーションの小さいホテルです。レッドブルのレーシングチームの監督を務める人がオーナーです。受付からサービスのスタッフまで良く教育されて気持ち良い応対が受けられます。朝食も質の高い内容で十分満足できるレベルです。最上階に泊まりましたが１６世紀の建物を上手に使った清潔で美しいインテリアで静かに睡眠できました。価格も納得できる範囲ですので次回も利用するつもりです。

The location was very good as I could get to the city center within few minutes from here, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and the room was very clean though the building itself was not a new.

I absolutely loved that it was walking distance to town . The property inside was beautiful every room was unique in its own way . The sauna and red light room was so relaxing especially after a long walk in the winter month . Breakfasts in the morning was fresh they made sure that we were all done before they closed the buffet . Fresh food was served when we came . Couldn’t ask for a better in this city.

This charming hotel is in a very scenic and convenient location for touring Graz. My double superior room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The wifi signal, although not great, allowed me to get some work done while trying to escape work for a day!! What made all the difference was the professional and courteous staff (and friendly, if I may add). I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night.

Great hotel, a must stay in Graz!

Sehr schönes historisches Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und konnten es problemlos gegen ein ruhigeres Zimmer tauschen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit netter Bedienung. Servicepersonal im ganzen Hotel erhält die besten Noten.
