駅に近くミニバーとエレベーターがあるホテルで希望どうりでした。

アクセスがとても良い

Staffs are very friendly and the location is perfect. The only con is that the space is not large enough for two persons to sit comfortably.

古い建物なので、水廻りに難あり！でしたが、それも含めてロンドンらしくて、よかった。

ハウスクリーニングの方が飲み物入れ忘れなどあり、困った。お部屋はよかったです！

ビクトリア駅の西側の道路から一本奥に入った道沿いにあります。英国によくある長屋風の建物の一角を改装しホテルにしたようです。看板が控えめで、探すのに苦労しました。 いわゆるブティックホテルといわれる種類で、２階のツインに1泊しました。部屋は狭いですが、内装・水周りともきれいです。このクラスのホテルとしては珍しくバスタブもありました。湯圧も快適です。 朝食は豪華ではありませんが必要十分。ちょっと早めに行ったのですが、あたたかく迎え入れてくれました。エレベーターもあります。 　ビクトリア駅付近で短い宿泊ならおすすめします。ビクトリア駅まで徒歩で５分とかからず、ガトウィック空港行き列車にもすぐ乗れました。

Very lovely place, close to everything we wanted to see and to transportation, wonderful staff!!

I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Hotel grazioso, comodo per la vicinanza a Victoria. Personale gentile e buona la colazione continentale ma non funzionava il riscaldamento, camera fredda.

Excellent location and value! Just be aware that the room could be in the basement level. There is nothing wrong about it, but one may not expect that coming from North America.

Quirky, but great value for money!

Beyond! Cecelia was so divine/checked us in early. The hotel is full of charm, a special moment at every turn. Interior design is so well done. Read the rooms were small, but I found them perfect and cozy. A quick walk to Harrids… 10Stars!!! Perfect in every way!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍

Ik heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. De locatie is super; vlakbij station, en ook in gezellige buurt met veel winkels, horeca. Het hotel zelf is heel smaakvol ingericht, met veel aandacht voor details. Zie ook foto´s. Zo was er veel kerstversiering, stonden er verse bloemen en waren er cookies op de kamer, voor bij de thee. Ook de kamer zelf was erg stijlvol, evenals het uitzicht! Ontvangst; heel gastvrij, kwaliteit; hoog. Van harte aanbevolen.

Excellent stay and location! Very convenient- easily reachable from Victoria Station. Room is big for London's standards. Water pressure is amazing! Staff are welcoming. Only thing is we can hear the floor creaking above us....

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms, and almost spacious by London standards. Yea and cookies in the afternoon. Small cozy bar, but closes at 9:30p. Lots of coffee/tea options in the room with plenty of fresh milk restocked every day. Nice continental breakfast, but also a la carte options. Only downside is a la carte breakfast is quite slow. My last day after waiting 45 min for my omelet, and being assured multiple times it would arrive in 3 min, I finally gave up and left.
