ソフィア国際空港からの有料シャトルサービスを再三再四リクエストしたが何故か手配出来ず今回はすっかり疲れてしまいましたが、結局空港から直ぐにタクシーで運良く然もレバで大変安く快適にホテルまで行く事が出来ました。ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切で素晴らしい。お部屋は小さく窓からは美しいビトシャ山が見えてインテリアはニューヨーク風ですが大正時代の日本画と漢の時代の中国の大きな絵が2枚あり不思議な雰囲気ですが、コーヒーはイタリアの一流ホテル並みの美味しいエスプレッソで感激した程です。また必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

地下鉄2号線の駅が目の前です。 付近にはちょっとしたレストランと大きめのスーパーがあり、便利。 部屋は改装が済んでいればバスルーム等は十分快適です。 館内にきれいな日本庭園があり、孔雀や白鳥が遊んでいて都市部とは思えない静かな環境でした。

Location is rather comfortable, looking out Mt Vitosha and the city, and renovated room is comfortable but bathtub drain was slow and connote be fixed even on request, Services were very insufficient, almost no reply for pre and post travel inquiries to the Hotel (Contact US site). The taxi to the airport prepared by the Hotel did not set counter, and demanded 3 times of normal fare! There were no usable Wifi (too slow, no Key), no electric pot, no ice-bender, no toothbrush, razor, and hairbrush, and no branching table tap even on request, and the minibar's refrigerator? does not cool. Luckily, I had prepared most of these portable items including Wifi. The ONLY relief was preparation of shuttle bus service between the event venue and the Hotel, if not the transportation problem would have been hideous, but presence of this service had not been informed before arrival even on repeated inquiries. And finally city tax about 10% was charged on departure, which also was not informed before.

Although most staffs took care of my wife and me, some reception female staffs behaved so bad !! The hotel is located just a little bit far from downtown. On the other hand, it's peaceful and quiet:-) I claimed a supervisor about those who were very rude as a 5star hotel's staff. Maybe I'm gonna try to stay there in the near future again, but I'll never stay again if there'd be nothing changed.

ホテルは立派、設備も充実、この価格では十分価値があった。ただ市街地より離れているため、静かであったが、観光には少し不便。ホテルから空港へはタクシーで１０レフでした。

ホテルは素晴らしかった。ただ部屋の設備が少し古い感じがした。この価格での宿泊はお得です。

Room is ok condition nothing special

overall the stay was nice, but the stuff and the parking area responsible are not friendly at all. the room was very good and the entire facilities. but need to check very deeply the stuff and the responsible of parking area

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY .

The window in the room was extremely dirty and underneath it there were cracks on the very “countertop” under the window. There was some kind of heating convector in the room, but no change, it was extremely cold in the room! I expected more!

They have a unprofessional services. Also their staff are arrogance.

The Hotel Marinela is truly unique, perhaps resembling a huge boutique hotel. The decor is unmatched, and maybe not to everyone's taste. But that's what has given the Marinela its special character all these years. The restaurants provide excellent offerings, the staff was extremely courteous, and my suite was outstanding!
