ソフィア国際空港からの有料シャトルサービスを再三再四リクエストしたが何故か手配出来ず今回はすっかり疲れてしまいましたが、結局空港から直ぐにタクシーで運良く然もレバで大変安く快適にホテルまで行く事が出来ました。ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切で素晴らしい。お部屋は小さく窓からは美しいビトシャ山が見えてインテリアはニューヨーク風ですが大正時代の日本画と漢の時代の中国の大きな絵が2枚あり不思議な雰囲気ですが、コーヒーはイタリアの一流ホテル並みの美味しいエスプレッソで感激した程です。また必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

地下鉄2号線の駅が目の前です。 付近にはちょっとしたレストランと大きめのスーパーがあり、便利。 部屋は改装が済んでいればバスルーム等は十分快適です。 館内にきれいな日本庭園があり、孔雀や白鳥が遊んでいて都市部とは思えない静かな環境でした。

Location is rather comfortable, looking out Mt Vitosha and the city, and renovated room is comfortable but bathtub drain was slow and connote be fixed even on request, Services were very insufficient, almost no reply for pre and post travel inquiries to the Hotel (Contact US site). The taxi to the airport prepared by the Hotel did not set counter, and demanded 3 times of normal fare! There were no usable Wifi (too slow, no Key), no electric pot, no ice-bender, no toothbrush, razor, and hairbrush, and no branching table tap even on request, and the minibar's refrigerator? does not cool. Luckily, I had prepared most of these portable items including Wifi. The ONLY relief was preparation of shuttle bus service between the event venue and the Hotel, if not the transportation problem would have been hideous, but presence of this service had not been informed before arrival even on repeated inquiries. And finally city tax about 10% was charged on departure, which also was not informed before.

Although most staffs took care of my wife and me, some reception female staffs behaved so bad !! The hotel is located just a little bit far from downtown. On the other hand, it's peaceful and quiet:-) I claimed a supervisor about those who were very rude as a 5star hotel's staff. Maybe I'm gonna try to stay there in the near future again, but I'll never stay again if there'd be nothing changed.

ホテルは立派、設備も充実、この価格では十分価値があった。ただ市街地より離れているため、静かであったが、観光には少し不便。ホテルから空港へはタクシーで１０レフでした。

ホテルは素晴らしかった。ただ部屋の設備が少し古い感じがした。この価格での宿泊はお得です。

Overall the experience was good, except for the internet connection. We were on the 14th floor and the connection was awful.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön und offenbar in Teilen renoviert worden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurant Buratta wir haben dort jeden Abend gegessen, das Essen war lecker und auch dort war das Personal sehr nett. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte auch. Leider hatten wir ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer, was grundsätzlich für uns noch akzeptabel gewesen wäre, allerdings war der Zustand des Zimmers enttäuschend. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte um Reparatur wurde das Problem leider nicht nachhaltig behoben; in der letzten Nacht lief sogar die ganze Nacht Wasser. Auch unabhängig vom Renovierungszustand erwarte ich in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einen besseren Standard: stark abgenutzte Tassen von innen und ein Boden mit dunklen Flecken/Rändern, was leider nicht sehr hygienisch bzw. appetitlich wirkte. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt dank des freundlichen Personals und des guten Essens, das Zimmer selbst war jedoch leider der größte Minuspunkt.

Aslında biraz vasat. Şöyle ki tamamen eğlence odaklı bir otel olduğundan o müşterilerine odaklı davranıyor. Biz üç aile olarak gittik ne resepsiyon ne de karşılama ekibi hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı. Fahiş bir otopark ücreti aldılar. Tekrar tercih etmem. Odalar çok temiz değil. Havuz kesinlikle kötü. Tek gece kumarhane odaklı bir konaklama yapacaksanız okey. Onun dısnda tercih edilmez.

Did not try the breakfast... but, this hotel gets filled with che@p w0men and m@fi@ men, and is full of smoke inside - absolutely do not recommend! When i tried to complain to the front desk, the service staff was super rude and said the smoke comes from the bar, to go complain there... I did, and it did not help! It was so bad with smoke, that it was like a fog.

Séjour d'une nuit, belle hôtel un peu kitch, petit déjeuner correct, copieux sans chocolat... restaurant de l'hôtel à éviter pour les non-fumeurs ! tout le monde fume en toute impunité. Piscine olympique pas très intimiste.

Absolutely terrible, Hotel I will not stay there anymore. The service is horrible. It’s dirty everything it’s out of date. The only nice thing there was a nice Ferrari 4x4 and that it is nothing else, After I went I stayed in Hilton and Hilton. It’s hundred percent better Cleaner brand-new, excellent service, the stuff it’s very communicative. You cannot compare between Hilton.

Great room and amenities, excellent restaurants, gym and the decor!
