Hockey teams were making noise and the lack of staff was unable to keep the hotel quiet at night Kids were running the halls all night Floors are thin and people walking around were loud

My car got damage at the stay plus my deposit in my credit card I am still waiting for to drop off

Pleasant surprise. Great value property. Clean, spacious room and nice checking staff. Hit water in shower is a bit of an issue but manageable. Thumbs up for sure.

My Stay here was very pleasant, The Staff Sylvie and Shariq were superb. The view is amazing an the restaurant on site is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. Do check out happy hour :)

Pretty good for the cost. Bedding and towels were very clean. Wonderful view of the lake! Our room had a lot of very loud running water noise. Possibly due to the location (We were the first room off the lobby). It disrupted our sleep. Would stay there again.

Lots of noise is present from the hallway and adjacent rooms making it harder to sleep. Otherwise it was a good stay at a reasonable price.

Our getaway to see our son. Enjoyed the view from our room of the lake. Clean and comfortable bed.

Loved the view

Our stay was well worth the price. Our grandchildren visited for a few hours and took our dog for a walk around the property and the harbour area. Very nice. They swam in the indoor pool that was nice as well. The only problem we experienced was a glitch with the TV Overall a good affordable stay. The restaurant is excellent as well

Simple, but nice

Beautiful waterfront property- all rooms face lake Ontario with balconies or ground level walkouts. Lots of windows and a great indoor pool. Dog friendly as well. Friendly staff Nd close to wineries, outlets and Niagara Falls.
