The room was nicely renovated, however it was not very comfortable as there was a power outage due to a storm

I am so happy I booked at this hotel, the staff was so pleasant, my queen bed suite was beautiful and the bed was so comfy. Balcony view espectacular, very peaceful and the restaurant was devine, food so delicious and best drinks, restaurant staff super friendly. I look forward for my next trip to Canada, because this will be my hotel to stay at every time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The smell of humidity is awful, the central air-conditioning smells like cigarettes so it smell smells like cigarettes in the room, breakfast was minimal, the paint was melting off the walls because of how humid it was.... Great view, but that's all you get.

The view was amazing,the restaurant in site was great! The place smells because of the pets allowed there so the carpets smells bad! Rooms had a bad smell as well, We recently stayed there Sunday overnight and that's when the blackout occurred,my husband went to lobby immediately because our room was pitch dark and was Scary ,we could not see nothing,he spoke to the lady at the desk to ask for any kind of lights we can use ,was told no it's not for the rooms ,he came back without not even a flashlight from the lady ,and only to find out in the morning that they gave guests flashlight,so why didn't we get ??? Like the lady didn't care ! That was our experience!!

Staff is outstanding. View of the marina is nice and the restaurant is very good as well.

Waterview balcony and a coffee was an excellent way to start the day. Very clean hotel with helpful staff. The free small breakfast was a plus.

Do not get a room with the pull out couch if there are four people and two must sleep on it. It was horrible

Was just there to sleep. Great view of lake and enjoyed the balcony. Good price. Nice to have breakfast bar.

Clean room. Lake view. Friendly staff. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Even included breakfast and a restaurant facing the lake.

There wasn't an elevator to take our luggage upstairs

We stayed with our boys for a quick over night while traveling to see family and it was everything we needed. The room we had was large enough to fit a pack and play and small cot; along with a beautiful lake view. The room had been redone and was up to date. There was a view minor things - curtains covered the A/C unit and shower door didn’t close all the way - but we definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely view of the lake and marina from the balcony. All rooms face the lake and away from the highway, so it was very peaceful. We also noticed we didnt hear any sounds from adjacent rooms so the walls are quite good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped. A great place to stay when visiting the nearby wineries.

Very nice stay, there was hair on the shower wall and hair in the bed. You need to pay for parking and an amities fee. The breakfast also isn’t replenished very fast (we arrived for breakfast over an hour and an half before it ended. We did really appreciate our room was upgraded.

Froze all night. Air conditioner didn’t seem to warm up. Turned it off later. Also had Luke warm water for shower in the morning.
