湖の目の前で景色がよい

It would be more welcoming if the staff, at checkin and checkout were to be friendly and smile. My experience at both ends of my stay was less than welcoming.

Clean room, nice restaurant attached to hotel

Noisy. Children running around under control there was a bunch in the room next to us jumping on the beds with no parents in sit. The manager tried to quiet them down and was unsuccessful so we packed up and left.on our way oit there was a bunch of adults sitting in the lobby drinking. It's a shame was a nice place by the lake.will never go back.

TV and entertainment options dated/ limited. Great view of Lake Ontario. 5 minute drive to St. Catharines. Close to a gas station and the QEW.

The room was a very nice location with a beautiful view of the lake, and my expectations for the entire property were quite high.

Clean rooms | Good View | Great food Only problem was the hockey teams running up and down the halls all night, there was barely any quiet the whole stay, which was unfortunate because we went for a quiet stay and were told we would have a quiet room. Some places let you do cash or debit deposits on room holds, but just a heads up that it will only take credit cards for the room hold.

Beautiful scenery, accommodations but it was just an overnight stay in the off season.

I loved the property. The location is awesome. The amenities good. Loved being on the lake.The cleaning staff was pleasant and replaced the dirty coverlet in our room. The internet was down the two days or our stay-no tv, phones, or internet. I was over charged $10 for my stay for no apparent reason, so I did not get the price quoted on Expedia. That really annoyed me. At this point it does not appear that they are going to resolve it - but I won't keep arguing for $10. Makes me reluctant to recommend to friends, although overall I really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay--the renovated rooms were very nice, and incredibly clean. My only complaint is that there isn't much soundproofing, so we could hear everything in the halls which got loud at points since there was a basketball team staying there. Otherwise a great stay for a great price!

Stunning lake view of Lake Ontario....amazing sun rises.

The room was very nice, however, the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety.

Sink was not draining and needed to be fixed Shower head had no pressure No mention that they have no elevators so you have to carry your bags down the stairs to get to your room Morning breakfast was terrible and the worst coffee I’ve ever had

Did not use the gym

Air conditioning / heating need some improvement

Room were nice, great view, pool area had lots of seating!
