立地的に仕方ないのだが、特に夜は周辺に飲食店も無く寂しい。ランドリーサービスが22時で終わってしまって、大変不便な思いをした。観光から戻ると遅くなるし、改善を検討願いたい。

椅子が4,5人分用意されていなくて、軽食を食べる時困った。

ダウンタウンからは離れているので、到着当初は失敗したなと思いましたが、バスに乗るとダウンタウン迄10分かからないほどですし、バスの本数も多いし、バス停からもわかりやすいので、その分宿泊費が安いならここで良かったと思いました。 ホテルから徒歩ですぐアップタウンのモールがあり、その中にウォルマートやショッパーズがあって、安い現地物が手に入り、お土産購入などにも大変便利です。 ホテル自体は古いけれど、キッチンも付いているし清潔感もあり、充分な設備です。音がもれやすいので隣にうるさいお客さんがいなければ満足できるホテルです。 総合的に考えて、予算を抑えたい人にはおすすめです。

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. A few small improvements could be made, but overall it was a very good experience.

rooms are so tight. clean but felt vey itchy their. manager/owner was very rude.

Very clean and spacious suite. Comfy bed. However, the pull out sofa bed was very hard! Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Hotel is in a great location with easy access from the main road. Lots of shopping and dining within a 5 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was very clean throughout. Ample free parking. Wish they had breakfast included in the price. However, the rates were some of the best in the area.

We were upgraded, which we thought was nice, but we were sent into the lowest lower level depth of the hotel. Cozy yes, but view of the patio, looked like a construction site. Still under some kind of construction. Oh well…Glad weren’t there to enjoy the outside so much. Room was spacious with suite! And full kitchen amenities:) 👍

It was a fine location to explore Vancouver Island. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Hotel is very dated and room was depressing, water marks on bedroom ceiling, bathroom door swollen by water damage Bed was hard and no pillow top as most hotels have now. Was impressed by the cleanliness of the room until I found a coffee cup with coffee in it, in the microwave.

Friendly staff, bed was good, room was small and dark.

The room and pool were fine. Staff (especially Chris) was friendly and very helpful. But AVOID the restaurant. It was really the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’d also skip the bar…or wait until whatever remodeling they are doing is finished.

The pool was heated which was great with the cooler weather.

Very clean and noise free. But the A/C system very noisey.

We had a one bedroom suite and the room was very clean but not a lot of parking and the hotel is dated.

RLI is my go-to on bike trips to Vic. Value, location and quality are solid.
