Due to its proximity to the airport, this property charges for parking. According to the front desk, guests often leave their cars at the hotel instead of the airport. If the property records your license plate information during your stay, you should only incur parking charges if your vehicle remains on-site longer than the authorized stay duration. Nevertheless, this policy seems unfair for guest stsying at the location. Unfortunately, the hotel's maintenance is inadequate. After reporting a malfunctioning refrigerator to the front desk, they promised to send someone to resolve the issue the following morning between 8-10, but mo one never showed up and the problem persisted. I recommend that families avoid this location. The beds in the double room are small, and the room layout is unusual. This was my first and last visit to this hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton nearby and the service and cleanliness was much better!

Flight canceled so arrived here late. Checking in pleasant but for an "airport hotel", it lacked toiletries when one arrives unexpectedly without luggage. Suggest having a bag ready with things like toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, comb, shower cap, etc. I needed a shower cap as room only had a shower so had to cover my hair with a trash bag. Room clean with nice layout!

Amazing stay everyone was super friendly and so attentive

Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe served the absolutely best breakfast my husband and I have ever had at any hotel where we have stayed in the US. The room was large and very comfortable. The property is within walking distance of a nearby restaurant. The air shuttle driver was very conscientious and provided great shuttle service. We were very happy with our stay!

My stay at the Hyatt was great the staff was very friendly,the room was spacious and clean.

Nice hotel

It was fine. Hower, they didn't do the proper paperwork for our air park shuttle which led to some concerns that morning. It did work out finally

It’s a really nice property and we enjoyed our stay. I didn’t like though we had to pay 10.00 a night for parking. That should be included in staying there.

Two issues, air conditioning was making some serious noise that kept the family up. Second was no creamer for coffee. Seriously, what kind of hotel doesn’t have creamer?
