予約したときは、それほど期待していなかったが、実際ホテルに着いてみたらビックリ!! インドとは思えないくらいのリゾートホテルでした。良い意味で期待を裏切られた感じ。 すばらしい設備と環境、スタッフのホスピタリティーは抜群です。部屋もとても清潔で何の 不自由もなく過ごすことができました。 宿泊していたインド人客もハイクラスな人々で嫌な感じを受けることもありませんでした。 また泊まってみたいホテルです。

こじんまりとしていて、とてものんびりできるホテルでした。食事も、バラエティーに飛んでいて、美味しかったです。ウダイプルを見て歩き、なおかつ、のんびりするには、良いところ。

繁忙期ではない時期だったせいかとても静かにゆったりと過ごせました。部屋は清潔でとても快適です。 庭に野生の孔雀がいました。 ただ、ホテルは少し離れた場所にある為、一度ホテルに戻ると再度外出できませんでした。 プールで日光浴をするなど、ホテルライフを楽しめる方にお勧めです。

The hotel setting is exemplary with its own grounds and the pool was very nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained but I over explored into the Oberoi (adjoining) and was almost told to get back to my hotel, quite stuffy. The food was expensive for the quality, the Chinese dish was over salty and the hotel did manage to refund me for this. In my room, housekeeping cleaned rooms late and on the last day randomly put birthday balloons and messages all over, not what I wanted when I had an early flight to catch and especially since it wasn’t my birthday. The young housekeeping team sledding seem to understand with little English but I explained to reception, not what you expect from a hotel of this standing, really put me off staying at other Trident properties in other Indian cities, left unhappy sadly

It’s a beautiful and well-maintained property. Staff is very helpful and kind. Food is extremely scrumptious. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was clean, staff were great but the food especially in the Dinning Room was terrible and the price even worst. Shiity food and horrendous prices leaves a bad taste in your mouth and a hole in your wallet. Makhan Gill April 6-8th 2025

Beautiful property in amazing gardens. I loved the pool too. Only 1 restaurant but excellent buffet. The gym a/c wasn’t working when I arrived. I was amazed to find it in such a bad state. But after complaining direct to the GM it was fixed when I returned the next day.

Excellent service and rooms

Our second stay at this property and still as amazing as ever. The grounds and views are breathtaking. Loved the access to the boat rides. Sunset cruise is a must.

Beautiful views

Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant food (quality and quantity except for breakfast)and service fell short of our expectation from a five star. The servers were nice and did their best, but some basic training in etiquettes seemed missing, which maybe due to that they have to handle large wedding crowds. Overall we were very happy.

Excellent hotel, great housekeeping team and the food was amazing! Plenty of things to do as well. Only issue was the food service was very slow at times.

Nice property in udaipur. Very good dining options. Service is little off sometimes, not up to mark as an oberoi property but that is manageable. Extensive backyard with peacocks, lake view. Great swimming pool from where you can enjoy sunset.
