Except one receptionist who tried hard to arrange connecting rooms for my family, everything was normal, nothing impressed. All staffs seemed fed up with so many tourists in Barcelona.

会議への出席のために泊まりました。ホテルのサービスには、まったく何も問題ありません。ホテル自体の設備が整っているというほどではありませんが、ショッピングセンターは広くて綺麗でしゃれた感じで、何でもありますから、大変便利です。立地環境は、高級マンション地帯という感じです。交通面では、路上トラムの駅がすぐ近くにある他、地下鉄の駅も、さほどの距離はありません。

観光地の旧市街等から離れています。タクシーで１０€程度。幹線道路側の部屋だったので、深夜まで車や人の往来でうるさく感じました。一番近いスーパーまでは徒歩１０分程度。部屋の設備は古く、テレビはブラウン管でしたが、清掃は行き届いてました。

空港から近い、ショッピングセンターがすぐ隣と立地条件はいい。（すばらしい）しかし設備が古い。金庫は壊れて使えない。ドライヤーも壊れている。 スタッフの対応はいい人と、イマイチの人がいる。 朝ご飯のレストランの対応がイマイチ。（しっかり欲しい物は言おう） 日曜日はお店がしまってほとんど何もない。 ホテルの部屋は広くて良い。ベットも机もよい。冷蔵庫もまあまあよい。トイレ・お風呂も（バスタブあり）よい。

バルセロナのサッカーチームであるＦＣバルセロナのスタジアム（カンプノウ）に近いホテルです．料金も安く，部屋もとても広かったです．ショッピングアーケードの上にあり，すぐ前にはスターバックスや日本領事館もあります．中心街からは少し離れていますが，地下鉄駅も近く，観光に回るのも困りませんでした．私はレンタカーで到着しましたが，地下に有料ですが駐車場があり，市内観光は地下鉄を利用しました．

到着初日はHotelのサイトを接続先に選択すると自動的に接続できましたが、翌日はパスワードを入力する画面が登場。フロントでパスワードを聞いてログインできましたが、同じ日の夜に再度アクセスする際に同じパスワードを入力したら拒否されてアクセスできず。なんでこんなに接続方式がコロコロ変わるのか。しょうがなく、近辺のショッピングエリアのサイトにアクセス（値段の表示も合意の確認もなかったのでたぶん無料かと信じているが）して仕事をしましたが、ホテル外のサイトゆえPCには警告アラームが出るし、あまり気持ちの良いものではなかった。

아~ 진짜 갑자기 잡긴했는데 너무 별로네요~ 세면대 물안빠져서 쓰레기 껴있구, 3박하는동안 1번 밖에 방 안치워주고, 조식까지 포함인데 조식은 계란요리를 별도로 주문하는 시스템인데 마지막날은 해주지도 않네요~ 게다가 가격까지 비싸서~ 뭐하나 좋은게 없어요. 수영장도 없구, 테라스가 없어서 환기도 잘안되고~ 하여튼 급하게 잡았는데, 후기 평점이 괜히 낮은게 아님. 수영장도 없구. 전 1박에 세금다 포함 52만원 잡았는데, 이가격이면 주변에 힐튼 잡으세요~ 그래도 메리어트 본보이라 평균이상은 할줄알았더니. 완전별루임.

Our particular experiences is mixed. The staff was nice, but had trouble troubleshooting through an A/C issue we had in room number one. We arrice

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our original room (Room 428), which the hotel spent several hours attempting to troubleshoot. This occurred on the same day we arrived from an overnight flight, so we were understandably exhausted. At approximately 10:00 PM local time, the hotel offered us an alternate room, which we gladly accepted. From that point forward, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is situated on Avinguda Diagonal (Diagonal Avenue) and is directly connected to a shopping mall, making retail options incredibly convenient. In addition, there are numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within easy walking distance.

Bra placering på hotellet, mysiga restauranter i närheten. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört eller högljudda grannar.
