フロントの女性がとても親切で快適な滞在だった。オリンピック開会式のチケット予約の画面でエラーとなり、途方に暮れていたところ、代わりに手配をしてくれて本当に助かりました。

ちょうど改修中だったので割安に宿泊したのですが朝食フリーなサービスしていただけました。ロケーションは抜群ですしスタッフは親切、客室は快適でしたが部屋のコップが補充されないなど少し残念なところもありました。

一人旅で宿泊しました。 駅からも近く交通の便もよく、比較的治安もいい場所でした。 ホテルはさほど大きくありませんが、部屋もかわいいらしく、清潔感がありました。バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしたら、シングルルームでも希望通りにしてくれて、ホテルのスタッフも大変親切でした。 壁は薄いようでしたが、海外の場合は仕方がないと思います。 女子一人旅の宿泊でも、オススメです。

まずはロケーションが素晴らしい。そして便利な場所にありながら比較的静かで落ち着く点も気に入りました。ホテルのレセプションの方々の手際の良く正確で信頼できました。部屋もきれいで心地よかった。こちらは以前から興味のあったホテルでした。サンミッシェル地区が大好きなのですが気に入っていたホテルが廃業してしまったので今回利用してみました。利用してみて評判が良いわけがわかりました。パリ左岸好きな大人向けのホテルだと思います。

部屋は清潔で、水回りも全く問題がありませんでした。賑やかな飲食店街の傍にありますが、ホテルの周りだけは静かです。ホテルのサービスはきっちりとしてとてもよいというわけではないので、そのようなサービスを求める方には向きません。しかし、片言英語でもちゃんと対応してくれ、いやな感じはうけませんでした。日本語は通じません。朝食の案内はなく、最後に何回食べたかを確認して支払う程度で、このあたりはルーズでした。ノートルダム寺院、ルーブル、オルセー、カルチェラタンは徒歩圏内ですので、行動しやすいです。

セーヌ河のほとり、ノートルダム寺院の近く。 サンジェルマンも徒歩圏内。 どこへ行くにも交通の便は最高です。 ヴェルサイユもRERで一本です。 周辺は外国人向けのレストランも豊富なので食事にも困りませんし、人通りが多いので治安も良いと思います。 こじんまりとしていてアットホーム。 つたない英語でも一生懸命聞いてくれます。 現地のオプショナルツアーのガイドさんもこの辺は学生街で雰囲気はとてもいいしおススメの地域だと言ってました。 ホテルはRERのB線の駅そばですが地下鉄構内はエレベーターなどの設備は整っていないのといろんな線が複雑に絡まってる地区なので空港への移動はタクシーなどの送迎を頼んでおいた方がいいかもしれません。

チェックアウトの時、不透明な料金請求の仕方にがっかりです。

I really enjoyed this hotel! I shared a superior room with my sister. The proximity to restaurants, pastry shops, chocolate shop and more was great - not too touristy. This hotel is a few blocks away from Notre Dame and we enjoyed exploring this part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had umbrellas for us to borrow when it was raining. In the espirit de france hotel group we were also permitted to stop at sister hotels for water, tea and use their bathrooms which was super helpful when shopping near the Louvre. Highly recommend! Super walkable.

We loved our two nights at this hotel, which we chose because of all the other glowing reviews on here! Great location, wonderful staff, and our room was terrific—we did not expect a balcony; even in late December we loved being out there to see the neighborhood from above after a long day of enjoying all Paris has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Aamiainen oli aika vaatimaton ja palvelu hidasta. Valittavia vaihtoehtoja tarjottiin vain viimeisenä päivänä. Henkilökunta oli muuten erittäin kohteliasta. Vain yksi pieni ylikuorimitettu hissi, jota myös housekeeping käytti. Champagnepullo huoneessa syntymäpäivänä oli upean huomaavaista!

O café da manhã era muito bom, com produtos de excelente qualidade. Bernadette, pessoa responsável pelo café, é doce e muito simpática. Nos acolheu muitíssimo bem. A Carol também fez a nossa estadia ser muito mais agradável. Ela nos deu várias dicas sobre Paris e como melhor nos aventurar pela cidade. Obrigada a todos.

Mycket trevligt hotel! Bra läge med närhet till allt. Samtidigt tyst och lugnt. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukostbuffén var bra med gott bröd. Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen!

No matter how hard we tried, the bathroom floor was always wet after we showered. Also, the shower was in the tub which was long and narrow and only had a semblance of nonstick pads about 1/2 way back from the drain. No grab bar either. The room was small but typical for european hotels. The room was quiet which was nice, and the hotel was in a very nice location, just around the corner from a very old and beautiful church. And also it was close to a busy pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. A main street was only a block away with many more restaurant. Metro stations were only 2-3 blocks away also. Notre Dame cathedral was a very short walk away over a bridge over the Seine.The TV in the room was not very large and did not get very many english language stations. Also in our room, it was in an awkward place for watching. The HVAC system was hard to figure out and even when I seemed to be able to change the temperature, it always seemed to default back to 20 degrees centigrade. The front desk staff was pleasant and all of them spoke English. Last comment, the price per night was quite high considering the size and amenities of the room.

The hotel staff was exceptional. Although the room rate was a bit pricey, the hotel was located in the Latin Qtr, where we wanted to be, close to restaurants and sight seeing. This hotel was a departure from are previous visits to Paris, where we stayed in a more residential area. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. On occasions we partook in their afternoon tea/ coffee time, where complementary drinks and pastries were available to the hotel guests. Who can resist a good cup of coffee and a croissant after a long day!? The Hotel Parc Saint Séverin is a first class hotel. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We loved this hotel and the area. So happy with our stay. My only negative comment would be that we thought breakfast was included (as it often ca be). There were no visible signs. And the cop was all laid out buffet style. Only one day were we asked for our room number.

First visit to Paris. These folks were amazing! The hotel is beautifully and comfortably appointed, and the staff is next level: professional, friendly, and proactively helpful. The location, a short walk from Notre Dame, was perfect. Highly recommend and will look to stay here again.
