市内観光には抜群のロケーション。スタッフの対応はすごくフレンドリーで親切でした。パリに再訪する機会があればまた利用したい｡

交通ストで身動き不自由ながら街は美しく、ホテルは快適且つ親切でとてもいい滞在だった。

便利な場所にあり、パリ観光に最適な立地です。周囲は治安も良く、静かな環境で、安心して散歩ができました。お部屋は清潔で快適でした。ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、バスローブ、スリッパあり。お菓子やお茶、コーヒー類のサービスも。シャワーも不自由なく使えました。 そして、なによりも良かったのは、親切なホテルスタッフです。どの方もにこやかに優しく接してくださいました。フランス語はまったく話せず、英語もカタコトな私達に本当に丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。観光で歩き疲れて帰っても、心底安心してくつろげるホテルです。友人にもオススメしますし、次回もぜひ利用したいです！

スタッフ、マネジャーのみなさんは笑顔で思いやりあふれた接客でした。とても静かで、ぐっすり、安心して眠れ、はればれと外出をスタートできました。感じの良さと大きくない故のホスピタリティが旅行者の滞在にどれほど、豊かさを与えてくれるか実感しました。

スタッフはみなさんとても親切で英語を話します。事前にメールもくれて、送迎シャトルもお願いしました。とても快適な良いホテルです。

パリも場所によっては治安が心配される中、ホテルドルセー界隈は官庁街ということもあり、すりに神経を使うこともなく安心して歩き回ることができ、美術館以外にも素敵なお店を覗きながらの散歩もできて、パリらしさを堪能できました。ホテルの人たちも皆感じがよくて、是非また泊まりたいと思います。

清潔で快適な空間でした。フロントスタッフも親切に対応してくださり感謝しています。オルセー美術館のチケットをフロントで買えるので、美術館の列に並ばずにスムーズに入館できました。 こじんまりとしたホテルで落ち着けるし静かで、周辺にはいくつかメトロの駅もあるので便利です。 ただ、無料Wifiが繋がりにくいのが難点でしょうか。それ以外は申し分ありません。

オルセー、ルーブル、オランジェリー、ロダンなど徒歩圏内に美術館多数あり。とても便利。スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、名前も覚えてくれている。

ロケーションは最高でした。RERやメトロの駅にも近く、市内観光も、大方徒歩で回れました。ホテルの従業員も感じがよく、ホテル自体は大きくはないものの、程よくまとまっているように見えました。ただ泊まった部屋は、裏の秘密部屋のような、出入りする場所も変で、狭い部屋でした。清潔ですが、採光が悪く、ダブルベッド一つで部屋一杯。洗面台も狭くて、顔を洗うのが一苦労でした。殆ど外にいて、ホテルには寝に帰るだけだったので、そんなに気にしませんでしたが、次泊まるとしたら、別の部屋にしてもらいます。

オルセー美術館から徒歩3分、ルーブル美術館、オランジェリー美術館も徒歩圏内です。 美術館巡りには最高のロケーションです。 地下鉄を使えば、エッフェル塔駅まで3駅です。

Food is good. Room is good. This hotel is nice hotel.

何と言っても、オルセーから3分という立地。カフェもあり、静か。オペラ座や、凱旋門も、カルフールも徒歩圏内。それでいてパリ中心地では珍しく22m2と他に比べて倍くらい。しかしやはり少し高い。

Very friendly staff with wonderful rooms. Very clean and in a safe part of the city. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Stay: July 5-10, 2026 (during peak Paris Heatwave) Had the pleasure of staying at Hotel D'Orsay and figure to add a review to other anxious travelers visiting Paris for the first time - especially when a heatwave is in the mix. There's definitely a lot of information on the web and other travel sites which can make your decision very confusing. First and foremost air conditioning - Hotel D'Orsay has central AC + Mobile AC unit which vents out of the window (by request). We arrived during peak Paris heatwave and Hotel D'Orsay AC was more than adequate to make our stay comfortable. Elevator - This hotel has elevator to haul your luggage. Most travel sites/influencers made a note to look for elevators in your hotel or else you'll be carrying your luggage up/down the stairs. Staff - Hotel staff was super helpful in every way. Even before arriving they were able to answer all my questions. My apologies for the millions of back and forth and taking the time to answer. Upon arrival they were also very welcoming and helpful for any questions/issues you may have. Upon check out/prior to check out they can help arrange taxi for you. Accomodations - Breakfast is available for a fee/or if you opt for it part of your hotel coverage. No restaurant on site but they do have a limited room service menu for food/drinks. Thank you hotel D'orsay for an amazing stay. Highly recommend this hotel that's walking distance to Musee D'Orsay and few other places of interest.

Hotel d’Orsay has a wonderful location. It is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff are very accommodating in helping arrange transportation, museum tickets, etc. I can’t wait to return!

Great location walking distance to everything! The hotel staff were lovely and the room was spacious and comfy bed. Lobby coffee and refreshments were a nice treat!

Great small hotel in walking distance to most Paris sites. Welcoming staff, very nice breakfast, and room service was perfect for what I needed. I’ve stayed many times and would highly recommend it.

Clean spacious room. Full sized bathroom Quite location near a lot of busy areas Very friendly and helpful staff There is no minibar/ Fridge in the room The mattress ( at least in my room) was incredibly firm. The breakfast was adequate.
