ビーチまで歩いて3分の好立地。 ホテルすぐ横は車の行き来があるため、見晴らしが良いとは言えませんが、歩いてレストランに行けるし、 部屋も広く、価格もリーズナブルでした。

こちらのホテルはビーチやレストランまで歩いて行ける立地なので大変便利でした。 ニューポートビーチでは、駐車場を見つけるのが困難、違法駐車はすぐ取り締まられるようなのでホテルにレンタカーを置いたまま歩きまわることができよかったです。 部屋は広めでしたが、バスルームは少し狭かったです。 周辺のホテルの宿泊料金が高い中、こちらは比較的安く、しかも駐車料金をとらないのが良心的です。

部屋が２階だった為、荷物を持ってあがるのが大変でしたが、近くにコンビニ、ドーナツショップがあり、部屋にはコーヒーメーカーもありました。

2泊しましたが部屋の施設は全く問題ありません。 ビーチや、隣のリカーショップ、周辺のサーフショップ、カフェ、バー、サブウェイやマクドナルド等、徒歩で行動可能な範囲が結構あるので良いです。 自転車についてはフロントのスタッフに声を掛けて、鍵を開けてもらう(10台ほどの自転車にまとめてチェーンで鍵が掛けられている)必要があります。 早朝にビーチ沿いをクルーズしたい場合は前日のうちに鍵を開けてもらい借りておいた方が良いかもしれません。 ビーチ沿いを自転車で走るのはとても気持ちが良いです。 私はハンティントンビーチまで行きました。

ハンティントンビーチ周辺でホテルを見つけられず、ニューポートビーチで見つけました。 ニューポートビーチの雰囲気はとても良かったです。 ホテルの二階へは階段のみでエレベーターはありませんでした。 隣のリカーショップは深夜に音楽を聞こえましたが、疲れていたので睡魔により気になりませんでした。 ニューポートビーチから近く徒歩圏内で、自転車、ビーチパラソル、バスタオル、ビーチチェアーをホテルのフロントでフリーで貸してもらえたのが、とても役立ちました。 部屋は朝に荷物を出しましたが、駐車場とレンタルグッズはチェックアウトを夕方まで延長して貸してくれました。

Newport bachへ行くときはいつもお世話になっているホテルです！ 海まで近く、隣にはコンビニ、前はSUBWAY&マクドナルド、スーパーまでも徒歩５分…と 立地はサイコーです！ 部屋もキレく快適☆スタッフの愛想は…まぁ あんなもんかな(笑)

Was a great mini trip.

Great stay! Great host! Walk to the beach, easy parking. I will continue to make this my choice when visiting Newport Beach.

It was very noisy at night very hard for me to sleep. Heard everything outside. Air condition wasn’t working very properly in room number 11.

Great spot and great location. Small, so there weren’t always people at the front desk but there was a note and phone number. Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. I would say that it would be good to have coffee in the room based on number of days because we didn’t have our room cleaned (that was fine for us) so we didn’t get the coffee restocked.

Loved the place. Walking distance form great restaurants. Was here for work but enjoyed my evening dinners.

Excellent location to the beach. Room was clean. My only complaint was the noise level at night due to traffic on both sides of the hotel.

The property was convenient. The TV wasn’t working for some reason. Otherwise, I like the accessibility to the beach and restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is what makes it all worth it! Easy 3 min walk to the beach and close walks to bars and restaurants. However, the walls are PAPER thin and you can hear absolutely everything. We stayed on the first floor and felt like we were staying underneath professional tap dancers from the second floor. So loud. Also, if you stay on the first floor there is no privacy so don’t even think about opening up your windows. I would stay here again but would choose second floor or even the ones with the cute patios.
