チェックインは迅速でした。客室、洗面所、トイレ、キッチンは清潔で、シャンプー、石鹸、シャワージェル、ポット、トースター、電子レンジ、ホットプレート、レンジフード、包丁、カトラリー、皿、ボウル、マグカップ、グラスなど、必要なものがすべて揃っています。無料のボトルウォーターは補充されませんでしたが、とても親切なレセプション（と担当マネージャー）でした。エレベーターで客室まですぐに行け、館内には有料のセルフランドリーと乾燥機も完備されていました。

For a hotel/apartment, the room is really spacious with its own kitchen set and dining table. Located in walking distance to Trafalgar Square and very near Embankment station & mini markets made it pleasant to walk around the area. There is also a coffee machine available for guests at the lobby. Few of the front office staff were friendly and helpful. Just wished that the rest of the staff also have such attributes. For such a large room, the TV could have been a bigger size as it was too small to watch, although the variety of channels was great. Room cleaning was done for a minimum stay of 6 nights, so we had to make due with our trash for our 3 nights stay there. Overall it was still an enjoyable stay for us.
