スタッフは良い方でした。お部屋にクーラーがなく冷風扇みたいなものでした・・・ 近くにレストランもなく、港からも遠く不便なところでした。 トップシーズンだと思いますが、あの部屋で500ドル以上は高すぎです。

Stayed in a room next to the office. During the night could hear the office phone ringing and during the day staff and customers could be heard through wall. Also upstairs neighbor was loud and could hear snoring. Bathroom toilet leaked water as well.

Easy walk to Downtown/Wharf.

Greeted with a smile and appreciated the kind and responsive customer service at check in and duration of my stay. Housekeeping team was very helpful as well. Will book in the future and recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Went for a couples weekend with my wife. Location of property was fine, but the rooms look nothing like the pictures they post. Walls are paper thin, the furniture is old, the were repairs needed in the bath room. The desk clerk was fine at check in but the cost there are better places in the area. We frequent the area often and don't mind the smaller, older properties if they have been maintained but this was not the case, in spite of the misleading photos.

Quiet, clean, spacious, good location

Was not allowed to stay there and they kept my money. Tried to overcharge my credit card. I have a limit that i put in place on my credit card. They said they were only charge $250 , but it must have been more, otherwise the charge would have gone through. Terrible service.

It was small and clean. Dog-friendly park across the street and easy walking distance to some really good restaurants.

Honestly our room was dirty to where I brought our own chemicals and cleaned the restrooms. The floor was dirty don’t worry I’ll show pictures the only thing I can say is it’s pet friendly and the bed was comfortable.

This inn is okay. Bathroom was redine and the best part of the room. Everything else was dated. I had a not so great encounter with someone I'm guessing is the owner. When pulling up, i saw a red Tesla charging, plugged up in a room. Thinking it was okay, i commenced to do the same the very next morning. Upon the charger being plugged in for about 1 hour, i get a knock, rather a banging on the door like it was the police. After opening the door, I was informed I can't be charging my vehicle. I questioned why i was being asked and what about the red car next door being plugged. I was immediately informed, "Don't worry about them. I don't want to have to charge your card." This is how we getting down and responding to guests? I must've given him a crazy look because he then said, "They live here. Besides, i don't even know how you are charging or have this plugged up. " Long story short, i unplugged but thought the way this matter was approached was very rudddee and not very customer friendly. Don't want to give very negative feedback, but this irritated me. 1 interaction made the entire visit negative.

Rooms were clean, very little insulation so could hear everything and everyone in the vacinity. There was a family that was having an argument, yelling and screaming around 9ish and you could hear all the drama. Didn't seem like there was enough staff as there wasn't anyone at the front desk for longer than needed to check a person in.

Everyrhing was good but the bathroom door did not shut. The maintenance person should definitely check out everything to make sure that it’s all functioning properly.

No frills, but everything was clean and in good repair.

Room was very clean. Check in was easy. Hotel is in a perfect location to get to all the fun things in the area! Great restaurants nearby.
