There was nobody at the desk for several minutes. The TV in the room didn’t work and I was made to feel like it was my fault because I didn’t know how to work the remote. It was cold and damp in the room all night.

Rooms were run down and musty. No hot water for morning shower. Broken coffee machine at breakfast

First, I wasn't expecting the incidental charge, and it was high. There was no soap or other toiletries in the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

It’s a dive motel with nice staff. The rooms are really humid from damp AC units and cheap ventilation. The building is built from the lowest cost materials. I thought I was checking into an 8.2 “very good” hotel per Expedia.

Great place higly reccomend

I gentleman that checked me in was extremely nice and professional. He kept insisting if there's anything wrong or me needing anything, Please let him know. The breakfast was great, eggs, sausage toast and muffins really hit the spot. I will definitely stay there again..

The hotel is fine for the price, the only downside was the room had a strong scent, probably from a carpet powder that I didn't like.

My room was dirty! There was a giant hairball on the floor. The bathroom shower curtain was way too short for the shower and so dingy it looked it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room smelled really musty probably because the A/C was AWFUL. The hotel rigged the A/C so it cannot be put on high so the A/C was barely blowing out. Also, the pillows were TERRIBLE and smashed down(twin size pillows on a queen mattress). I cannot believe the price that hotel charges when their facilities and amenities are so incredibly lacking. I would not recommend!!

The room smelt so bad we spent $38 on stuff to make it better. I did that because I was figuring the rooms just smelt like that… the hall was hot and humid and didn’t smell great. I ended up cleaning ac coils (I think it was the main issue… needed a better cleaning…) and Febrezed room. Also used those plug in things. The floors weren’t cleaned very well, from the front part to the room my shoes could be heard sticking a little… The place itself is decent. Front desk weekend folks were nice. The funky smell in the entrance went away in the morning when breakfast was being done… never really dealt with this issue and didn’t want to be a Karen?… so took it and went with it. Price was great…

Decent Hotel

It was a good stay. Breakfast was ok. My room was a lot smaller than I expected, but was ok because I was solo. There was dirt under the bed and beside the bed stand. So a little dirtier than expected. Overall an OK experience. It was my 4th hotel on my trip and was the 4th place but it was compared to slightly higher end stays. Probably not my first choice again, but it was ok for the price and very easy access to Royals stadium

We stayed here one night to attend a Royals game. The hotel is nice and the room was clean and quite. Air conditioner in the room was so good. They have the shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash there for your use.

Good, clean, comfortable bed. Property is up to date and feels inviting. Nice pool. Simple breakfast provided. I would stay here again.

Our room was covered in mold. From the lamp shades to the fridge to the wood framing. EVERYTHING had molding spots. The bed was a spring mattress so if you’re sleeping with someone else, you will sink into each other. The breakfast was alright other than the white long hair that we found in the eggs. The outdoors had stacks of construction plywood lying around. The lobby staff was friendly but house keeping came into our room at 9am to clean disregarding our “do not disturb” sign and the check out time being 11am. The area was busy this weekend and most hotels were sold out or we would’ve left to find a better place to stay.
