海外一人旅が初めてで、すごく不安でしたが、ホテルも綺麗だしスタッフの方がとても親切で、安心して滞在できました。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

コヴァーラムビーチからは徒歩７、８分ほど離れていますが、ホテルのプライベートビーチもありますし、レストラン、プール、スパ、プレイルームがあるのでホテルの中でゆっくりくつろげます。 滞在中一日は雨に降られましたが、小雨の中のプール、そのあとは部屋でのんびり読書、夜のレストランで暗い海に落ちる雷を眺めながら食事。 庭には野生でしょうか、何羽ものクジャクを見ることができました。 レストランのインド料理も辛過ぎることなくおいしくいただきました。 空港への送迎をお願いしましたが、ドライバーさんも笑顔でいろいろ話しかけてくれ、とても親しみやすく感じました。

娘の誕生日があったので、事前にホテルへ「バースデーとして何か出来ないか？」と問い合わせしたところ、バースデーケーキを用意するとのことでした。チェックインのときに確認したら、そんなことは聞いていないというような返事をされ、確認して連絡しますとのことでしたが、なんの連絡もなく滞在は終了しました。チェックアウトのときにも何も言われず…最悪なサービスに驚きと怒りを覚えました。チェックインの際、レイトチェックアウトの希望を伝えましたが、勿論、なにも連絡はなく、チェックアウトの朝、確認をしたら、「満室のためレイトチェックアウトは出来ません」と。ホテルの建物や設備は5つ星かもしれませんが、サービスはランク外といえるでしょう。

まずホテルのロビーが広く、解放感があって素晴らしかったです。 ココナッツジュースとビンディ？おでこに赤い印をつけて迎えてくれました。 プライベートビーチ、プール、レストランも清潔感があって良かったです。

The property grounds and staff were fantastic. Views of the ocean were great. Food (especially dine in) was not good except the breakfast which was very good. My wife ordered a margarita at the outdoor bar area and it tasted pre-mixed and was not good

We had a wonderful stay at Leela Raviz Kovalam! The breathtaking ocean views, beautiful property, and peaceful atmosphere made our trip truly memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the restaurants offered stunning views that made every meal even more enjoyable. I would like to appreciate Nikki Achan kunju,Naveen, Munner,Diya,Hema,Aji and Gayathri from Front Office. Aman, Pinky, & The Team who served the best breakfast in the world. Sunil Kumar & Team from house keeping. A big Thanks to all the people i mentioned The infinity pool, private beach access, and overall ambiance created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

Amazing location and ambience with ocean views and infinity pools. Ever willing to help and friendly staff. Wonderful variety and delicious food. Sparkling and spotless housekeeping

This is a one of a kind resort and an experience in itself. I stayed with my family in premier room (sea view) and the view from the room was breathtaking. Since the property is on a cliff, you can enjoy the view of the sea from virtually every part of the property. The rooms, amenities, hospitality and overall experience is top notch. They also have a private entrance to the beach area and their tides restaurant is on the beach. I availed the hitea on tides and found the experience quite underwhelming as the staff was not attentive. Apart from that their dinner buffet is good but nothing special (based on my experience of veg food in the buffet). Overall, a great property and a must visit for every nature lover.

Room cleaning should be done every day and when room dinnig is order they take way stuff away for long time
