Staffs are so nice and friendly. I had a good time.

落ち着いた雰囲気が素敵で、朝食のイングリッシュブレックファーストが美味しい。バス停が近くてシティーセンターまで10分少々と便利、近くの通りには様々な店が並び面白い、パブやカフェも沢山。部屋とシャワールームがもう少し広いと言う事なし。

Sadly things closed at 3pm, but the after hours staff helped us on arrival. This is a lovely place and we will definitely stay again

Staff extremely friendly & welcoming. Breakfast terrific value, convenient, sufficient choices & has gluten free options. Barista great….. good coffee a must in the morning😀 Location brilliant & close proximity to public transport, shops , restaurants. Premise old however fairly maintained so as not to look tired. We & friends who stayed there will certainly be returning.

We always stay at the Hughenden because it is very pet friendly, well equiped, comfy rooms and so central to sports and the CBD/Bondi Junction.

My 2nd stay at this unique old mansion that's been converted into a comfortable hotel. This time my room was very compact BUT it had all I needed for a short stay. Excellent location, and breakfast included. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom, all scrupulously clean. I wish there was a lift but staff always willing to help with luggage. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Good room clean.

Our stay at The Hughenden Hotel was absolutely exceptional. This was our very first mother-daughter trip to Sydney, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. We arrived much earlier than check in time after an early flight, and the team went above and beyond to have our room ready so we could check in early at no extra cost. It made such a difference to the start of our trip. They also kindly stored my daughter's medication in their fridge while we waited, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has so much character and history, while still feeling stylish, cozy, and welcoming. Everything was spotless, and you could tell the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. We especially loved the gorgeous staircase and all of the beautiful artwork throughout the hotel, it really added to the boutique charm. Our room was so comfortable, cute, and beautifully presented. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and I have to mention the hot chocolates, they were honestly some of the best we've ever had! Every member of staff was kind, caring, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our first visit to Sydney even more special. I cannot recommend The Hughenden Hotel highly enough. We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely stay here again when we return to Sydney.

Nice staff, easy parking (paid extra), tasty little breakfast. For the price it's a great pick in a good location.

Good location. Our room had a queen and two singles. The singles were tiny, no good at all for tall people.

Great stay

A quirky guesthouse in a great location. We booked the small room at the back of the building. It had all we needed and was clean and tidy. An added bonus was a simple breakfast that was included in the very reasonable price.

Great location. Room ok - chose a queen suite to have some room to move in. Bed and bathroom clean. Fittings, furnishings etc very jaded with woodwork and decor in need of substantial repair - I guess it's what makes it affordable. Thought I'd enjoy a bath in the elegant tub, but the water ran brown with rust - clearly no-one had ever used it, or checked it in recent times. Staff quite absent most of the time, and not the most welcoming when present. Try asking for a coffee at five to seven in the morning! Strange cupboard in living room with a packet of crisps in it together with a 'Smile You're On Camera' sign !! Felt like a lodger rather than a guest. Altogether quite funky, not always in a good way.

Parking and breakfast very easy and helpful. Staff very helpful however due to the age of the property a distinct mouldy smell could be smelt from the room. Also shower / bathroom tub leaking in the bathroom .
