Our room was at a poor location. Staff were very poorly trained, useless. No breakfast included. Resort and pool were under construction

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, wifi connection was great, the tv worked good to enjoy some movies/series, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Just one small issue: our room was connected to another by two connecting doors, and we got a bit of a scare when, in the middle of the night, the guests in the other room opened one of the doors leading to ours (there were two connecting doors—one on their side and one on ours). They didn’t enter our room, but the noise and light that reached us while we were sleeping gave us a bit of a scare, since we didn’t know that door connected to the other room. It would be good to put up some signage or something like that. But everything else was excellent. The mini-fridge was very useful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was wonderful. The plugs needed some work though. Our charging wires didn’t seem to stay plugged in. The only good plug was in the bathroom. The ceiling fan/light dis also not work. We were only there for one night so we didn’t worry too much about it.

Overall it was ok, for it being off season no real complaints. Jet tub could have been cleaned better, room smelled musky opened window and got fresh air seemed ok then Agaim off season and winter im sure impacted this

The front doors were open and no one was at the front desk. I called the number for the hotel and heard it ringing in the distance. The hotel was clearly under renovations as the front desk reception area was in a construction disarray along with the restaurant and bar that were also in some stage of construction. A nice gentleman finally approached us and we were told that Expedia often did not inform guests that they needed to check in at an affiliated property across the street. We went to the Aspen Hotel and found the front desk closed but our one room key in an envelope taped to the door with our name on it.
