大通りに面していて、交通機関が利用しやすい。 ホテルが広くてゆったりしている。 シーツ類が清潔で心地よい。それに比べてタオル類を新品にしてほしい

Firstly the location is very nice, close to downtown. Also it is located in the middle of two airports. Very good for tourist. Secondly, staffs are always friendly and cooperative. When we sent our baggage to the hotel in advance of our check-in, the hotel notified us shortly after they received it. And we wanted to go for Tango show and they helped us find good show and book the show on behalf of us. Everybody can speak English and there is not a problem in communicating with them. Thirdly, the architecture of hotel is also one of the good points for this hotel. Inside and outside are beautifully decorated. These things seemed to be just normal things, but in Argentina, few hotels can do these things without any problems.

Hotel is in a central location, walking distance to major landmarks, several restaurants and lots of shopping, close to public transportation and hop-on, hop-off bus. Staff in the hotel is great, friendly and courteous.Special mention to “Jorge” bell boy,he is very helpful.Breakfast buffet was good,hotel lobby is very good and clean. Bad part is I was initially booked in a standard room on the 9th floor, my room was separated by a door to the adjoining room, please beware since one can see in the other room due misaligned door,no privacy.After complaining (I suspect the hotel staff is aware of the problem of privacy in the 9th floor room),I was transferred to a Executive room after few hours.Room and bathroom is clean, but small and yes the air conditioning in my room was bad, I had to open window to keep cool in the night. We used hotel car service from airport to hotel, paid 75 dollars, one can use the cab from the airport, it is cheaper. Hotel to cruise terminal used cab, paid 200 pesos(10 dollars) with 4 pieces of luggage,since you get charged extra for luggage.

Very outdated property. Gym and pool were the only places that had been updated

This was the second time that I stayed there in 3 years, both for 4 full days on vacation. The hotel is very well located. The room and common areas were clean and the staff was excellent. The bar was good and the rooftop pool was great. The two complaints were the breakdowns in the property and the breakfast buffet was not very good (the scrambled eggs were a disaster). As to the property problems, the elevators did not work on the north tower for several hours one day, and my friend had to change his room twice, the first time because his room door malfunctioned and the second time because there was a pipe spewing an oil exhaust directly on his room window with a heavy odor.

Perfect set up in the middle of Buenos Aires. Lotta restaurants and shops around the location.

The old flooring is bubbling up as is the wallpaper in some areas. The carpeting needed vacuuming and the floor was clearly dusty under the furniture.

We recently stayed at this Marriott property in Buenos Aires and unfortunately left quite disappointed. The staff was genuinely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay — they were definitely the highlight of the experience. However, the biggest disappointment was the room itself. We booked a deluxe room with a separated wall area for the sofa, which turned out to be completely useless. While the room was large, it lacked basic functionality — there was no desk, and the layout made poor use of the space. The bathroom was especially disappointing. It constantly smelled like sewage, which was truly unpleasant. The shower design is terrible — water runs straight onto the bathroom floor with no proper barrier. There wasn’t a single shelf or small cabinet to place toiletries; even the hair dryer was just sitting on the sink. To make matters worse, the toilet is located inches from the shower entrance — in what is supposed to be a large bathroom. It feels like a complete waste of space with very poor planning. Overall, we were very disappointed with the room quality and layout, and unfortunately, we will probably not stay here again. The bathroom smell was so disgusting make me want to …. Stil! Every time I think of this!

Toilet was clogged. Hotel phone didn’t work. No Kleenex. Cord wires on hair dryer were exposed. Breakfast buffet mediocre.

While we appreciated an early check in, the room we had in the south tower needed some upgrades and for the deluxe room I booked and paid for I didn’t expect to look out the window to another building. On check in the price was not per the Expedia booking price, several hundred $ more. She said she fixed it in the system so I’ll have to see what the the final charges are. Buffet breakfast was decent. Location was good but if staying in BA again, I would choose a location in Palmero instead.

AC was not working, so. We got acomplimentary ipgrade to a room with biew to obelisco and teatro colon. Room was impeccanle. Tooftop pool is another highlight. We used it daily and enjoyed the view. Great location for seight seeing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay!

I was very happy with all the above...please keep it up. Rest assured that I will stay there during my next visit. Lastly, I will recommend Marriott to my friends and colleagues.

Very nice hotel and well located in the city. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. This was an excellent place to stay.

The room was not as clean as we expected. Lots of dust under furniture, beds, etc.
