Neumarkt駅から徒歩7分くらい。駅前に出るとレストラン、キオスクなどがある。施設はやや古めではあるが清潔で良い。部屋からの眺望などは近所の住宅が見えるだけで今ひとつ。

4星とあったがバスタブはなく、部屋も狭く居心地が悪い。口コミで高評価だったが全くうそ。 部屋には謎にニューヨークのポスターがあり、ケルンにいる感じかしなかった。 スタッフだけは感じ良かった。

室内、浴室は清潔だったが、湯沸かしが無い、デスクが質素等、4つ星ホテルとは言えないような部屋だった。

四つ星ホテルの表記でしたが、別館の様な所でした。 掃除がされていたと思えないロフトへの階段のホコリ。 シャンプー&ボディソープは洗面所のもシャワーの所のもほぼ空の状態で、家族分どころか一人分ギリギリ。 総体的に、準備がされていたと思えません。 夜間は暖房が切られ寒かったので、フロントに連絡したらヒーターを持って来てくれましたが、1つでは温められず、洗面所やロフトや端の寝室はとても寒かった。 明け方からヒーターが入るシステムは、夜中寒すぎます。

予約が確定し、料金も前払いを11か月前をすましているにもかかわらず、予約が入っていませんから始まり、本日は満室で部屋が用意できませんとか言われ、予約が入っていたのが確認できましたのが1時間後。どうにか部屋はありましたが、一人部屋の狭いベッドを2人で寝て、2連泊なのに部屋替えです。廊下はゴミがそのままで、掃除しているのという感じ。チェックアウトの時も申し送りが全くされておらず、朝食代はサービスしますと言っていたにもかかわらず、結局、払わされた。とにかく、最低です。

室内の設備もキレイ。サウナやプール設備も、整っていて、ほぼ完璧なウエルネス施設だと思います。 しかし、部屋に冷暖房がないので、真夏の宿泊には、難があるかもしれません。

wifiとTV環境が悪い。

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Parkplätze sind sehr limitiert. Ich habe leider Pech gehabt. Aber in der Umgebung gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten für 30 EUR/24h.

This was a very nice hotel. One of our favorites on our trip. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice and conveniently located. I wish we had time to enjoy the spa.

I had lovely stay at this hotel in the center of Cologne. It was my first time using a German spa, The main sauna has a old custom ritual when a person heat up the suna with lemongrass herbs on the hour, I absolutely loved it! Outdoor hot pool and indoor pool, cold tub, Jacuzzi. Never have I been to a spa and felt so relaxed and free from stress. Friendly checking in and out. Rooms clean and modern. I had the best sleep here, must have to come back.

Great place! Great price! Spa was amazing. The breakfast was delicious! We couldn't be more pleased!

just ok if you need to stay at that neighborhood

The rooms are small and so are the beds. The pillows are uncomfortable and the shower is small. The maids came once to make our beds during a 5 night stay. The spa and sauna is nude so we did not use it. The breakfast was good but pricy. Staff was OK. They clearly do not care for Americans by their attitudes towards us. Will not return.

Everything was quite great. Quick check in with nice staff, comfortable location, great facilities. Breakfast is quite good, even with decent coffee. I'll likey stay again
