入り口は分かりにくいが、全体的には満足出来る施設だと思います。 リゾートの名前をホテルにつけるだけあって、色々とおもてなしが出来る環境が揃ってます。 部屋が離れにある為（独立型のアパートメント）毎回外に出ないといけないのが少し不便でした。冬での利用の為とっても寒い。

Beautiful area, nice breakfast, decently adequate fitness center, arcade was old and lacking for kids. We did enjoy the pool and the lifeguards were amicable. Was sad the hot tub was being renovated. But was an enjoyable stay!

$300 for a room with dirty carpet and spiders in the room .. not acceptable

Nice property, but the indoor pool is closed. The outdoor pool is open and heated. The breakfast was included and was pretty good. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Indoor pool and hot tub closed for repairs. Limited dining options. Outdated fitness area. Hiking trail on property not in good shape. Bowling alley was a good feature. Breakfast buffet excellent. Outdoor pool had very restricted hours.

Nice area but the room was very musty and old smelling. The smell was pretty bad.

Property and activities were very nice. Expedia had sent 2 emails saying I had $100 credit on hotel activities. However, the hotel said this was not the case. A little disappointed in this part. Expedia quoted a lower price than I was actually charged

The staff was exceptional. All, the servers, lifeguards, shuttle driver, front desk staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were very friendly. Amenities were numerous, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis and pickle ball, bowling alley, golf courses and more. Large, walkable, grounds. The property was a bit run down though and our room was very dark.

The reviews had us concerned, but we really enjoyed our stay! Quiet, convenient, and relaxing. Beds were cozy and linens were plush. Layout was nice. Fire pit was nice and close by. Front desk ladies working on the morning we checked out were so kind! We will definitely be back.

The service provided by the front desk staff was great. The resort itself in its entirety is beautiful and has everything you could want. I was put in the Executive Suite bungalows. They were conveniently located right next to main hotel, and were quiet and had plenty of parking right next to my room, but they were severely outdated. I saw housekeeping come through every day, but when the carpet, bathroom sink and tiles are stained from age, and the wallpaper is starting to peel, it just doesn’t feel clean, you know? The bed was very comfy, though! My overall rating is, meh.

It’s a beautiful place , beautiful view and but little outdated. The carpets on the rooms and on the facilities, makes this place less attractive. But the people was very nice and accommodating and attentive to anything we needed

Quiet, lovely setting, helpful staff.

This is an older property and could use some updates, but overall it was great. The property is huge and has a ton of amenities. I was incredibly surprised. We were just passing through West Virginia and stopped for the night, but I would definitely stay there again.

It’s got a great setting with beautiful golf courses. The rooms need a complete overall and upgrade. Paint , woodwork, bathrooms, carpet and furnishings all need to go.
