こじんまりしたロケーションもいい開放的なホテルでした。30ユーロでアップグレードして広いお部屋のゆっくりした空間で滞在できました。

昨年の続いて今回が２回目の宿泊です。ラジソン・ブランドであるがゆえの安全性と信頼性はあるのですが、このホテルが５つ星であるのという評価がどこからきているのか分かりません。どうみても４つ星ホテル並みの施設で、サービスに関しては３つ星程度のサービスだと思います。朝食の味は美味しいですし、サーモンなどもありましたが、こちらも５つ星のレベルではありません。５つ星だと思わずに泊まっているのであれば悪くないホテルです。ホテルのロケーションに関しては、ホテルの両側に公園があり、国立オペラ劇場へも１０分程度で行ける場所です。またリーガ大聖堂など、旧市街地へのアクセスも便利です。ホテルから徒歩５分圏内にレストラン、パン屋、カフェ、コンビニ等があって買物も比較的便利です。また鉄道の駅も１０分程度で行けます。鉄道の駅付近は、居酒屋などが立ち並び、夜は雰囲気の悪いところも多々ありますので注意する必要があります。その点、このホテルがある場所は静かで、オペラやバレーを鑑賞した後に一人で歩いて戻ってきても安全です。ホテルからタクシーを利用すれば渋滞時でなければ空港まで２０分程度、１０ラッツ程度で行くことができます。他のホテルの値段と比べてこのホテルは割高で豪華さはありませんが、リガという場所で利便性と安全性を確保するという考えであれば、このホテルは最適であるといます。

Great stay! We really enjoyed our 27th anniversary. Room was upgraded:) very cooperative staff and would continue to stay with Redisson.

This is an older property in a nice area of central Riga close to all attractions, but it is well maintained with nicelyfurnished rooms, a small spa, and a good bar/restaurant menu. Good value for money.

They strictly adhere to the 3 pm check-in rule, not 1 second earlier. They gave me a drink voucher to use and I quote "at the bar" - except it's not valid for alcohol! No amenities, servicing the room was non- existent. Bring lots of adapters if you want to charge your equipment. Location is good

Hotel is situated very good - close to Old Riga andcity center, it is also easy for taxi to pick you for a ride. Personale was very helpful and also advised on practical things regarding my visit.I was aware that hotel was build in soviet times and expected some old furniture or bathroom - but everything was quite nice (at least in our room ).Breakfast was also fine . So can recommend to stay there.

I rarely write hotel reviews, but this stay left me with enough to say - good and bad. Let's start with the highlights: the breakfast buffet was genuinely exceptional - one of the best I've encountered. The sauna was also a pleasant touch and worked well. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm with no way to open the windows or adjust the climate - a real issue for a comfortable night's sleep. The gym was locked throughout my stay and completely inaccessible, with no explanation offered. The TV channel selection was puzzling: no Latvian channels whatsoever, yet Estonian, Ukrainian, and three Russian channels were available. Given the current geopolitical climate, this feels tone-deaf and is worth revisiting. The décor in the corridors also appears not to have been updated since Soviet times - the carpets in particular look like relics from another era. The breakfast alone could earn a return visit, but the hotel has some catching up to do if it wants to meet modern expectations - especially for guests in the capital of Latvia.

Hotellissa ei ollut latausasemaa, vaikka sellainen oli kuvauksessa - ainoastaan voimavirta- ja sukopistorasioita, joita olisi voinut käyttää, jos olisi ollut oma latauslaite mukana.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Modern hotel and lobby. Nice spacious room with beautiful view over the park. All necessary amenities available in the room. It would be nice to have a smart TV in the room, especially for guests travelling for business reasons. Breakfast was good, but could offer more variety.

Odalar ve banyo gayet temiz ve sıcaktı. Konumu çok iyiydi.
