対応は親切です。最寄駅からも近く、最寄駅から空港駅へ行くのも45分くらいあれば行けるので、利便性は高いです。隣駅ですが、El Corte Inglesがあるのは助かりました。 朝食は、野菜の種類が少ないのは残念ですが、出来立ての卵料理が食べられるなど、概ね満足できるものです。

カナル劇場で観劇の為、徒歩圏内のこちらを予約しました。大正解でした。①空港からはメトロを利用、ホテルはメトロに駅から5分程度。②朝食は抜群です。毎朝、ミックスのスムージーが受け付けで提供され、とても美味でした。玉子料理はオーダーで作って頂け、ハムやチーズにホットミールたくさん種類があるので目移りしました。 残念な点は、①エアコンが温度調整ができません。付けたままでは寒くて、切ると蒸し暑くて眠れず。何度もつけたり消したりすることになりました。②バスルームとトイレが同じだったのですが、すこし汚水に匂いが気になりました。

土日は朝食が８時からで、出発に間に合いませんでした。宿泊代に朝食は含まれていたのですが。小さなクロワッサンがレセプション前におかれていただけでした。

地下鉄の駅から坂を少し上ったところにあります。おすすめはベルナベウスタジアムです。試合の後は地下鉄が大混雑ですが、このホテルなら歩けます。（２駅）ソルやグランヴィアに行くには地下鉄で乗り換え必要です。荷物が多いとちょっと大変かも。ホテルの設備は浴槽が無いこと以外は非常に快適です。広さも一人旅なら十分だと。近隣の日本食屋は曜日が悪く空いてませんでしたがあります。

中心部へのアクセスが、あまり良くないですが、その分静かで必要なものはだいたい近くで調達できました。また、リピートします。

we only stayed here one night but wished it was longer. it is very close to a metro station and with helpful clear instructions from reception staff we saw a lot of Madrid. leaving early to catch our plane there was complimentary coffee, juice and pastries available if we had wanted. we also had one dinner here which was much better than we had hoped.

clean room, small but has high ceiling so thats something. Good for a short stay. 4 star level hotel. ac was not fully working and then they changed us to a room with better ac, bery helpful staff.

This was a small hotel with pretty architectural details. Our room was on the small side but had a cliset, safe and fridge/bar/snack area. The staff was very nice and the breakdast was good. The breakfast was an extra daily charge above the Expedia price for the room.

Stayed here for the second time due to the great service and spacious rooms

Excellent choice, worth it, location and staff.

Beautful hotel and our room had a large terrace which was very nice on the sunny days :) everything was clean and elegant and the buffet breakfast was good. Also close to shops in a nice location.
