部屋が広くて清潔だった。温かいお茶、コーヒーを飲むのにケトルがあるのがありがたかった。 バスルーム備付のヘアドライヤーが壊れていたがフロントで代わりのヘアドライヤーを貸してもらえた。 徒歩圏内に行きたいスーパーマーケット、コインランドリー（クリスマスのため休みでしたが）、レストランがあってよかった。 ホテル前のケーキ屋さんにポルトガルでクリスマスに食べるケーキ、焼き菓子、スナックが売られていて地元の人達が集まっているのが興味深かった。お店に入って商品を見ていると店員の方が商品の案内を英語でしてくれたのでいくつかお菓子を買い、ポルトガルのクリスマスを味わえた。

レンフェのファロ駅から徒歩10分程度であるが、宿泊料金の割には設備はあまり良くない。 湯沸かし器や冷蔵庫といった設備がなく困ってしまった。 これらのものが必要ない人にとっては問題ないのかもしれない。

ファロの駅から10分くらい歩いて行け、旧市街も近く、観光拠点として立地が良かった。 チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預ける事ができたのも良かった。 部屋はあまり広くなかったけれど、寝るだけなので問題なし。ゴミ箱が色分けされていたが、説明が無いので戸惑った。自分でゴミの分別の色分けを調べてやっと納得。 朝食を付けていなかったので周囲で朝食を食べられるところでした探したが、マクドナルドくらいしか開いて射なかった。結局ホテルで8ユーロ払って朝食を食べたが、野菜は無く甘いパンばかり。コンチネンタルブレックファーストとは言え、イマイチな内容だった。 朝食以外は全体的に満足だった。

Muy bien ubicado dentro del centro de Faro

This is a nice hotel, clean and staff are friendly. Paid for a superior room but was given a normal room. When pointed this out was told it was their mistake but no superior rooms available that night (even though what we had booked) and they would move next day which they did, but no refund offered. Superior room very nice but could be excellent if they added a mini fridge, and decent outdoor furniture on tbe large balcony. Overall would stay here again though.

Achtung Abzocke! Hier werden Touristen in Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage gesteckt und nachher tun sie so, als ob alles okay wäre - Zimmer sind schimmelig, Biden echt Enkelin - Personal versucht es durch durchaus nette Ansätze etwas zu verbessern - Expedia wollte sich noch nicht einmal das Video mit dem dröhnenden aircooler ansehen. Frühstück unterer Durchschnitt. Insgesamt leider mangelhaft! Woher haben sie die 3 Sterne??? Nie wieder stay…

The staff was quite helpful, but the room wasn't clean, and the AC was working but had a terrible smell.

Central location

the hotel was clean and in a great location. however, no access to water, bar was never opened, and food was just ok.

The room was somewhat clean but the walls were stained in some areas with who knows what. The room is in need of some major repairs. Broken toilet seat, broken art, broken bathroom door, broken lamps, peeling paint. Just years overdue of a renovation.

Very central location Room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Great location in the heart of Faro, near the old town and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable room, clean and great to have the facility to make hot drinks. The little balcony was a nice surprise too!

L’accueil et le personnel au top 👌 Toutefois la chambre mal entretenue, moquette sale, robinetterie cassé, lit pas confortable, la climatisation fait un bruit tout droit sorti de l’enfer et vous réveil en pleine nuit! L’établissement est bien situé, beaucoup de commerces à proximité.
