Hotel conveniente para turistas, cerca de la catedral y también cerca de zona que ya está alejada y no es zona azul para dejar el coche todo el día sin pagar ticket. Reforma de los baños recientemente realizada, habitación grande. Sin embargo no me gustó, el baño olía a desagüe, la habitación era silenciosa pero daba a un oscuro patio de vecinos y era difícil aparcar tanto en zona azul como zona libre. Desayuno buffet correcto.

Parking was adecuate. Breakfast was poor although the attendants were excelent. The cafeteria and bar hrs are a mess. Locatio is ok but a good 10-15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants on the area.

Très satisfait de notre séjour. Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre historique. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique. Chambre très propre et lit très confortable. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, rapport qualité/prix très correct. Petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux. Possibilité de parking public à 100 m si celui de l'hôtel est complet. Nous recommandons vivement.

I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. All in all, a good value hotel in a great location. Only negative was there was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Friendly receptionist.

Todo perfecto, lo mejor es lo calentita que está la habitación cuando llegas, y la comodidad de la cama y la TV enorme. Siempre que vengo a Burgos me hospedo aquí

Très bon hotel,en revanche pour un hotel 4 étoiles sa serais bien qu'il puisse y avoir dans la chambre au moins des bouteilles d'eau.

Petite chambre mauvaise literie . Des voisins on fait la fete toute la nuit aucune isolation

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación que nos tocó era bastante ruidosa, el desayuno variado y muy bueno.

Hemos estado un fin de semana, poco tiempo. Pero todo en el hotel a estado genial, instalaciones limpias, la atención de la chica de recepción inmejorable y garage ideal en el mismo hotel. Para repetir sin dudarlo, pero más tiempo.

Cuando llegamos aún no tenían la habitación limpia, cuando nos la dieron la habían hecho deprisa ....ningún complemento de baño. Para el desayuno recogen super rápido... Buenas ubicación.

Simplement de passage pour une nuit, chambre un peu désuète l'hôtel est bien tenu mais il a besoin d'un coup de modernité. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et attentionné.

Despite having four stars, the quality was not more than three stars. The state of the rooms was ok, but details such as the bedside light fixture hanging loose brought down the appearance. The breakfast was sparse and of a low quality. The warm foods such as scrambled eggs was cold despite us arriving shortly after opening. Despite there being a parking garage, you cannot book a spot in advance so we had to find one on the street.
