部屋の広さは一般的なホテルですが、バスタブがついている点が良かったです。 駅からのアクセスもよく、周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。

地下鉄駅からのアクセスが良く、周辺の治安も全く問題ない。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんが親切だった。朝食は満足できる内容だった。

隣はおいしいパン屋さん、フランス系スーパーも近くにあり、便利な立地です。歯磨きセットとスリッパ、寝間着がないこと以外は、日本のホテルと同じサービスだと思います。スタッフは英語に堪能で、ルームサービスなど観光ホテル的なサービスも備え、とてもコスパのよいホテルです。セーフティーボックスがあるのは本当に助かります。エアコンつきだし、窓の防音精度も高いので、ゆっくり眠れました。欧州のホテルは設備の割には高い、という印象があるかもしれませんが、ここはうれしい例外です。カードキーを紛失したときも、すぐに対応してくれて、安心できました。

朝食も最高、部屋も綺麗で、駅からのアクセスも良い！ スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切！ ただ他のコメントにもある様に、隣りの部屋の音が響くのが少し気になりました。

Lovely big room smells gorgeous

Room was clean and staff friendly. Buffet breakfast excellent with lots of choices.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and check-in was smooth. However, the soundproofing in the bedrooms could definitely be improved, as noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite noticeable. With better insulation, the stay would be much more comfortable.

Le pondria 5 estrellas, pero a diferencia de otros Leonardo en los que me he quedado, el café era soluble y no habia cafetera con capsulas, detalle que en los otros leonardo amé. Ubicacion bien. Habitaciones pequeñas, con lo necesario para alojarte y disfrutar de tu estadía en Madrid. A 10 minutos caminando de plaza España.

Great location in a nice area of Madrid. We stayed at this location due to its proximity to where our daughter was living for her study abroad experience. Location was perfect! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Easy to get to by metro, bus, walking, taxi. Easy walk to Plaza Mayor and sol.
