ベネチアの名所、徒歩10分以内で立地が非常に良い場所です。 ホテルのスタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、ホテルも非常に清潔で快適です。 エレベーターはありますが、微妙に５段くらいの階段を使って行く部屋もあります。 空港からはALILAGUNA社の船でリアルト橋で下船し、階段を使うことなく徒歩5分以内でつきます。 宿泊の部屋は非常に狭かったですが、不便さは特に感じませんでした。 混雑時期（カーニバル時期）にもかかわらず、非常に安かったので許容範囲です。 浴室はシャワーのみですが、アメニティ（洗髪、ボディーソープ、石鹸）はついています。 浴室にはビデ、出力が若干弱めのヘヤドライヤー、ヒーターのパネルがあります。 ヒーターのパネルがあるので、夜のうちに下着などの薄手のものは手洗いしてかけておけば朝には乾きます。 日中は観光、ホテルでは寝るのみスタイルの方にはオススメです！

なにか聞くたびに怒鳴りつけるような女性マネージャーがフロントにいます。 チェックイン、チェックアウトのときに英語で話しかけると、 これはこうなってるんだ！ だまって従え！ わかってるよ！ みたいな口調で話をされました。 ローマでは全般的に言葉や態度が荒々しい感じでしたが、ホテルでこの程度のレベルなので、ある意味納得です。 男性マネージャーやボーイの方はそうではなかったので、この人と話をしなければ快適なホテルだと思います。

The hotel location is excellent, but the amenities are very poor no free water, no free things like toothbrush, no coffee or tea, no bathrobes or sleepers. The room only got the beds. Some of the staff at reception are very helpful others are not..

Très bien placé entre la place Saint Marc et le pont Rialto. L'hôtel est calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain. Le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L'hôtel dispose d'un ascenseur. On recommande.

Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The toilet area was very dark, and the shower room was extremely small. We stayed on the first floor and experienced frequent noise late at night and early in the morning from the street and the restaurant downstairs, with people talking loudly. There were also mosquitoes on many nights. Unfortunately, my child got several large bites on his face and ear, which made it difficult for him to sleep well.

Very clean and well maintained rooms, Staff very friendly and helpful. Good variety for breakfast and although breakfast area is small it is well organised with time slots of your choice.

Excellent location. A bit inconvenient that we had to carry luggage up the last flight of stairs as elevator does not go all the way to the top. I have bad wrists and cannot lift. Breakfast was great, but very crowded.

The maids and helpers were wonderful. The location was also great.
